Must be new owners. I stop by this goodcents a lot but haven’t been able to the last few weeks. Normally greeted by older woman and man but this time greeted by someone that spoke very bad English. I order a 12-16 inch meatball sub weekly and I can honestly say today will be the last time I step foot in this store. Meatballs were originally pre-warmed in the marinara sauce but today they were taken out of bag and microwaved then had very little marinara sauce put on them even tho I asked for extra. Meatballs very bland and tasted like crap. It’s a shame cuz I really loved the old owners and their food but I won’t ever be back.

The guy behind the counter was a jerk. We asked for BACON and he said “that’s not part of the sandwich “, we had picked up a bag of chips and layed them on the table; he said “bring to me, I scan”. We had to ask for extra condiments because of 2 pickles and a few olives and barely enough dressing to MOISTEN the sandwich. Needless to say, ZERO bacon.
Very poor English. I went looking for napkins due none being put in bag and he said “what are you looking for”? Very rude tone…
No longer a fan. Definitely a $15 purchase that I could have made myself.

Sandwich makers were on Island time and I was on lunch break time. Slow slow slow. Bit my sandwich was great.
I took my son over to this location today because Mr.Goodcents on Noland Rd., the place smells like body odor, they don't wash their hands, and the people are always fighting back and forth in their own language and rude to the point where leaving without ordering was the only option. The people at this 24Hwy location was pleasant and it appeared the manager was politely training 2 new young adults. One of them had slightly more experience, but both young adults were pleasant in fixing our toppings just the way we wanted them. I didn't even have to ask them to mark our sandwiches so we could tell them apart once we got back home! I'm not impressed with the prices, costing me over $30 for only 2 sandwiches but everything has gone up.

They overwork their employees. They tell them they will be fired even with a drs note and or being in the hospital or for any reason. They have new employees in and out because of the way they treat them. They violate osha standards and don’t report tips to irs. The owner pays her brother the tips that are made by other employees actually putting in the work. Everything about the way this store is run is not acceptable and I wouldn’t contribute any money to them. Good food but I would go to a different goodcents.

Me and my husband and kids was just here,the lady who has a face tattoo who started the sandwiches was so rude. Soon as we walked shes started huffing and puffing. Told her what my daughter wanted she didn't say anything to me looked at my husband and said with an attitude what do you want? He informed her again what my daughter wanted. So now I order last cuz I wasn't sure what I wanted to get. An she flat out says to me yet again with an attitude," next time if your ordering the same thing let me know in advance". Apparently me and my husband ordered the same sandwich. I didn't know what he had ordered cuz I was looking after our kids when he ordered. I'm sure knowing if people are going to order the same thing in advance can help. However, I wasn't sure what I wanted yet. An her whole attitude from the beginning was awful. She acted like she didn't want to work an that we were a nuisance for going here.
