They don't like when you use your rewards to get freebies, makes them mad. They talk shit about you in their language because of the coupons or freebies they do. They are very rude. The food isn't that fresh and feels kinda warm. When it's a cold turkey sandwich. Their cheese looks crusty. Probably the worst goodcents in independence.

I ordered pasta with meatballs.. and all of it was cold by the time I drove 3 minutes to my house. I’m honestly disappointed in the service since obviously it wasn’t cooked right and the man serving obviously didn’t care about the customers and was rude as well.

Went in tonight to get something to eat. There was an older couple and one man in line in front of me. 20 minutes later I still haven't been acknowledged as even walking into the store, another woman walks in behind me, apparently she had a to go order so that took priority over the person that was actually there standing in line. After getting tired of waiting and now some woman gets to go ahead of me, I walked out. My time is as valuable as anyone's. As I'm walking out I'm finally acknowledged as the man making the sandwiches yells at me. He was extremely rude and I will never go back. This location has lost a customer for life. Too bad been going there for 20 years. Not anymore! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The food edible so I give only two but the place smells like mold. Flies everywhere. The olderr lady that made our food had a attitude about everything. she doesnt put good cents standard amount of meat and cheese then she barely puts veggies on and if you ask for more she gets a attitude again and still tries to put barely any. Smh. I will never eat from this one again. I rather drive farther away to get food at a different one. So disappointing

Although we had an order of food to be picked up…upon arrival, we asked if my four-year-old granddaughter could use the bathroom and they told us no!!!! Bathroom was working order, but they refused to let her use it!!!! we left the establishment with her crying and then wet pants to follow in my car!!! There will never be one single member of my family, returning to that hateful establishment of employees!!!! NEVER EVER!!!!!!

I told the employee what I wanted when I got to the counter. 6 in penny club on white. The man pointed to the menu and said they switched to 4”, 8”, or 12” and I told him that 8” was fine. Him and another employee started talking and then my friend asked if I ordered a meatball sub and I said no and that’s what he was making. I said “excuse me, I wanted a penny club not a meatball sandwich”. The other employee(not the one making my sandwich) said “we asked you what you wanted and that’s what you said”. I replied with “I’m sorry I must have misunderstood”. The employee said again “we asked you 2 times and that’s what you said”. I replied again with “yes, im sorry, I misunderstood”. When he went to make what I ordered he then asked if I wanted 6 or 8 in and I was confused because the guy before said they had switched to 4”,8”, or 12”. So I said 6” was fine (that’s what he had pulled out). They seemed to be very agitated that they had to remake. I have never had an issue until yesterday and their behavior was bad enough that I will not return to this location.
