I am very pleased with this location. We go there every month to cater for out monthly meeting. They always have it ready when we get there, and the food is always fresh. I will continue to go there and enjoy the food. Super easy to order online too!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I'm a door dasher and the man behind the counter is always rude as HELL and very condescending. I looked on google and everyone says the same thing. Corporate needs to fire this whole family.

They aren't friendly here. They refuse to give extra pickles. AND the old man stares at me while I'm trying to eat. Creepy. Goodcents is good but this one is ummm not my favorite. My husband and I had our first meal together here though so I guess we go back for nostalgia. ?♀️ also it's the closest one to where we live.

Every time I go here to pick up an order they are always rude. Especially recommend women to shop elsewhere, you will most likely be harassed. The bathrooms are always closed and the store still smells bad somehow. Maybe it's just the scum behind the counter? ?
As a dasher and someone whom has ordered here, I recommend you stay away if you want a real sandwich. I ordered a turkey sandwich ordered with extra cheese. What I actually got was I got two very thinly sliced meat peices and two very thinly sliced cheese slices. I asked for mustard, mayo, and spicy ranch, I got about 6 drops of spicy ranch. The few times I have door dashed there they required I fill the drinks for the customers which makes me uncomfortable as I would not want a random Dasher filling mine. They refused a sticker on lid to protect it. They had no ice and were picky and demanding on how I filled the cup. The customer had ordered a large and got a tiny cup. When I brought this up to them they told me "that's the large".

Don’t know why this place is even running still. Needs to be shut down. I was reading other reviews and apparently no one is happy. I came just to pick up a DoorDash order and the open sign was on but doors are locked and times posted are wrong if they’re supposedly closed at this time. Says on the window they close at 9. Just go to subway guys.

Horrible customer service! Gave completely wrong order and when I called to have them correct my sandwich and the man told me no. Wish I could give zero stars!!! Never going here again. If anyone has the GM’s number or someone higher up that I can complain to please send it because they refused to give that info as well.

Not fresh and stingy on quantities. Will be driving the extra 5-8 mins to the location on Lakewood blvd where their sandwiches are always fresh and quality. We tried this place twice and have gotten a total of 4 gross sandwiches and will not be back. Based on reviews that seems to be a common complaint as well
