1ST LET ME SAY I TRIED TO CALL BUT THE NUMBER IS NOT GOOD WORKING ONE. I WENT THIS MORNIG GOT ME A LOADED OMELET BISCUIT. GOT TO WORK OPENED MY BAG AND TO MY SURPRISE I WAS GIVEN A SAUSAGE BISCUIT. AND SO I TRIED TO CALL AND NOT A GOOD NUMBER. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GO BACK TO THE LOCATION BECAUSE I WAS AT WORK !!!! SO THE TRASH GOT MY SANDWICH !!!!!!! ALL I WANTED WAS A LOADED OMELET BISCUIT.

The food was ok but the employee's are nasty. One guy was sacking my food and went and wiped the counter down and went right back to sacking my food without washing his hands. He got upset when I asked him to wash his hands and refused to finish serving me. Then the lady who took over wipes her nose with her hands. Please pray for me cause I'm not sure I won't get sick

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! Service completely unacceptable!!! Ordered breakfast from this store through Uber. Driver only received half of the order from store. Accepted that it was half the order and refunded from Uber. Immediately ordered what was missing from the previous one. Received the second order, expecting fresh food, since it had been 30+ minutes. What we received was the rest of the first order, cold food, soggy bags, disgusting. Also, weren't able to be refunded for the second order. I want whoever sent out old food to be fired. I want an apology from the manager, who hung up the phone twice when I tried to called the store. This restaurant staff needs training on what should be going out the door. Not hour old food sitting under the heat lamp. Especially when it wasn't what the second order should have been to begin with. BAD FORM HERE!!! BAD FORM INDEED!!!

Absolutely horrible! I waited 25 minutes in drive thru for food. My girls were hungry, their excuse was the cook was very new. I asked to speak with the manager, I was told it would be a sec, after that comment, I wanted a refund. The manager was even blaming the new cook, how about take responsibility as a manager not blame your new employees. How about be prepared and help this cook out and provide better training for your employees! And have a manager that is more receptive to their employees and to the customers by communicating. I had zero communication, I had to flag the the cashier in the window. He was even telling me he was supposed to be off already. Come on Hardee's do better!!! This was asinine! After the refund I drove off, other customers drove off too.

Don't set your employees up for failure, your managers should know better and do better by setting an example to blame the new cook.

I literally had to talk myself down because I was so mad more at the manager by her lack of responsibility and concern at the situation.

My husband ordered and they took a lot of time. He asked how long he was going to have to wait and they told him that they had a lot of people at the window. I was in the car and there was no one for a while. Then more people arrived. We left without the food
