I ordered a biscuit and gravy on the mobile app. Chose drive thru as the method of pickup. There were at least 6 cars in front of me so I waited in line for quite a while. Finally got to the speaker and was told I had to go inside to pick my order up. I asked why they couldn't just hand me my bag through the window as it was already paid for and was told that during peak hours mobile orders had to come inside. What?? How does a customer know when peak hours are? I am disabled and had to go find a parking spot and go inside. There were 3 people inside in line so I had to wait again! When it was my turn I said my name for mobile order and they handed my bag to me. Now WHY couldn't they hand me that bag through the window? I had to wait twice and yep, my order was cold. I have deleted the app and will never go to that Hardees again. Terrible customer service.

I don't even know why we ordered our food but we did. When we walked to the counter one of the employees said "Shit"..I'm guessing because the place was empty and he might have to do something now. While we go ahead and order the same guy is standing in front of the warmer picking his teeth. We order then go sit down. They finally bring my husband his food and while the guy us walking it over he runs his hand through his hair. I had not received my food yet. Another employee starts to bring my burger and as he's walking over I tell him I had fries too. He apologized and got my fries. While we eat the tooth picker is playing back where food is prepared. I don't know how this place is staying in business!

I won’t be going back so this isn’t a suggestion to be better it’s more of a good riddance and I hope the place closes down so a good food place can take over the spot. Order was wrong. Food was wrong. Every entire item I ordered was wrong, cold or tasted horrible. If you want to pay somebody 20 bucks to crap in a bag and put a star on it then this is the place for you. If you want anything else I’d suggest going anywhere else. Manager had the nerve to try and blame it on having two new staff too. A good boss wouldn’t pass the buck.

While I was there dining in, I was subject to I’m guessing the manager working in the morning time. This lady wearing a white stocking cap cussing about people in drive thru, a very rude to the young guys working front line. Lots of foul language, I think her name was Stacy. I felt sorry for the rude attitude towards the staff and customers. This happened on January 11, 2025, I didn’t come here to hear her cussing about people in drive thru and being rude to her staff.

Sitting at the drive through window almost 10 minutes now while the employees are just laughing and screaming at the top of their lungs inside. Sounds like they are just banging things around in there. I don’t even trust the food now.

8:30 pm. I got one of their six dollar bags with a double cheeseburger and a ham and cheese. The fries were fresh, but the sandwiches tasted like they had been made four hours ago and never re-warmed. The employees were nice but I felt they were genuinely surprised someone was entering the restaurant.
