Normally I don't expect much from a fast food place. I respect all fast food employees. They don't get paid enough to deal with the public, in my opinion. Even with this respect I tend to get minimum effort for minimum salary and when my order is wrong I just deal with it and go in with life. This Hardee's takes pride in making sure my order is correct. The food is always fresh and packed in the to go bags with pride. The food isn't just thrown in. I will drive the extra distance for this.

Drive up line didn’t move for over 10 minutes so I went inside to order. Had my coffee mug in hand, was told to leave or buy coffee from them. Settled on not sipping while I waited for food. Then the server, as I’m leaving tells me “you better never come in here like that again” Really, maybe the manager should train the lad…I’ll settle for never coming back at all. You’re welcome if that’s what you want .

Hardee’s is something special man, my grandma Ina used to take me here and she bought my meals, to this day I’m still thankful for those times. Wait about 10 to 15 years then tell me you won’t cherish every moment of your life!!! If I come into a Hardee’s and eat it will be my temple where I eat and thank God for the food. Ever since I was young I always thought Hardee’s had better burgers than McDonalds, I have love for them both though ❤️ the employees, now that’s where it’s really at if it wasn’t for you guys me and my grandma could of never enjoyed our meals together so yeah. P.s, this might not be my hometown location but I don’t care ? I’m ranting :D

Whoever the older lady is in charge of this place is rude and disrespectful. She is very rude at the get go when a customer is trying to explain to her about anything that you are asking about and then argues with you about what a receipt says other than actually seeing what the online order said…. Never coming back to this location again I will drive to a different one I don’t like rude people and she was rude even in the drive thru when I went through to pick up my food I had to go inside to ask the questions about my order
