The Honey Baked Ham Company

This was the second time in the store in the past two weeks for a ham sandwich.
The sandwich was delicious but while waiting for the sandwich after paying this last time, an employee popped out of the walk in and told I had been there too long and that I was making his employees uncomfortable.
I was taken back. What are you talking about?
Again said I needed to leave and people are uncomfortable with me being there.
He was obviously confusing me with someone who had just left.
He then said that he had the wrong guy. Sorry. Then went to the back and I heard people laughing. The more I thought about it I realized how unprofessional this was. I really expected the manager to come out and apologize. Maybe he was the manager.
Customer service has become nonexistent.
I like the food but I won’t be back.

Nice folks amazing ham

Went to pick up my ham I ordered over two weeks ago. There was a line out the door.
This was the worst ran business I have every been to in my life and l am 65. Not enough help, don't know where the manager was hiding. One assistant spent at least 30 minutes explaining how to heat the ham up. He could have cook it for her. I will be rethinking getting a honey baked ham at this location. Disappointed and horrified at the lack of planning. No one leading this team. Awful, awful customer service. How bad was it, It was awful.

I pre ordered a smoked turkey for thanksgiving. Went to pick it up and they are sold out of turkeys! Sold the turkey I pre ordered. And now I have to wait on my refund and try to find a turkey for thanksgiving dinner! What is the point of pre ordering if you are going to sell it anyway?

Better alternative to the junk food from the fast food restaurants. I stop here for lunch anytime I get the chance. Usually no wait, within 10 minutes I can either leave with my food, or sit down and have my delicious lunch there. Very reasonable price for quality food.

First of all, HoneyBaked Ham is a league of its own. I place my last order before the first home Chiefs game. Who is always delicious, fresh, and on time. After I made my online order I got to the store and also purchased a ham bone which is delicious when you make beans and rice at home. It can get a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I love their ham. Chicken and ham salad is also very good. Service today was very good (service can be crazy around hillidays. Today I just picked up a ham.

Consistently delicious ham and turkey. We had a $100 gift card and used every cent to get sliced turkey & ham and an awesome broccoli with seasoning side & their thick honey mustard sauce to dip our meat in! Highly recommend HBH....

When I got my ham for the holidays, I noticed that the ham seemed burnt, but found out that the 24hr smoking/cooking process leaves the skin dark sometimes almost black. I was told that they have a total guarantee on all their products and if not satisfied to bring it back. Upon tasting it was all great! There are cheaper hams out there but nothing like(or worth) Honey Baked!
