Where do I begin? The manager on duty was fried deeper than fires and wings that we were served. Fries were semi luke warm, I swear the wings still had blood in the viens, just hard to tell with the sauce, The staff noticed a pungent smell of weed from the women's bathroom. When they brought it to the attention of the manager, she said I am not a member of law enforcement what am I to do? Well if you don't allow smoking in the establishment it doesn't matter what they smoke. Smdh. The wait staff were verbally disappointed in their management. Our 10 year son was even aware of the tension in the establishment. There was clearly a patron of the bar that was well past inebriated but she served him another beer. Not by far the best experience I have had at a Hooters. Very disappointed on my 5 year anniversary. If there was ever a restaurant that needed an episode of undercover boss, this would be the poster child.

So im from outta town and stopped into hooters and was warmly greeted my Felishia and Gabby. They were really kind and made people feel like they were someone important. The service wqs a little aliw but they were pretty packed and i looked like they were the inly 2 serving. They did an amazing job. Thank you.

So, this Hooters doesn't consider good ole brewed from a mountain stream Coors to be a domestic beer... Coors Light is considered domestic, but I guess they think good ole Colorado Cool-Aid Coors Banquet is imported...

Yikes! We have given 3 chances. Each time something on the order almost seems intentionally messed up. (I’m assuming from carelessness? ) the first two times the burgers I ordered where not the burgers I received. Tonight my husband walked into the bar and was immediately hidden from by the 3 ladies at the bar- after standing there for a while he said excuse me- at that point the ladies looked up and finally one approached. After receiving our incorrect food ( ordered Daytona sauce got chiplote honey asked for extra crispy fries got sog potato curls.) my husband asked his server if they did a lot of work things on their phones to which she responded for him to mind his own business. So here we are minding our business while reviewing theirs. This place is so frustrating. The only way they have ever tried to make any of this right was by an aggressive toned voicemail asking me what my problem was.
Waited for 15 minutes with it not even half full and didn’t get water…

It is an excellent place to watch sports. There food is okay at best. I was disappointed that there were so few menu options that had green or were vegetables. There wasa lack of sauce on the burger I ordered even though the advertisement made a big point about it being included. The food was over priced. The salad that I paid extra for was chopped lettuce, tomato and croutons. It was not worth it at all.The waitresses when busier playing with their phones then waiting on the customers. My server was pleasant whenshe got around to taking my order. She did completely miss that I ordered a margarita.
Vegetarian options: There are basically none.

Years ago my son ate there frequently, but doesn't go there anymore. I had never been there because I didn't really want to be around girls in tight blouses and short shorts. But we decided to come there until we read your reviews. I also noticed that there weren't many customers in the pictures that were posted.Maybe if you improved the quality of your food to where it used to be and make sure you hired waiters and waitresses, that knew what they were doing and cooks that took pride in what they served, and getting the entire meal to the customer, instead of half their meal and then half their mail later, you would have a better following. Do that and we come and eat there.

Friendly but inexperienced staff. My server did not know the beer selections that were being served. There must be a high staff turnover here. Still, they were cordial and that counts!
