Wish I could give a zero. Absolute garbage. Waited so long to be served. Purchased a managers special w/ sesame chicken, broccoli beef with rice and one each of the appetizers which, by the time we got it home 5 minutes away, were soggy. $12! The beef tasted like it had already turned. The broccoli was limp and overcooked yet so crunchy it was too hard to chew. The carrots were slimy, (frozen from a bag?) and WAY TOO SALTY. The dollars' worth of white rice was good but will never eat Chinese food from this particular Hy-vee store again.

Twice I have had delivery orders placed when nothing was delivered. When I call, they say nothing can be done. There’s no assistance or attempt to give Instacart support. There’s no offer to fulfill the same order and give fuel points despite the lack of delivery or completion of the order on their site within the time slot.

Stopped at this store last night for steak dinners. Hope you like your steak extra rare! Ran out of steaks so this is what they served! Line when I arrived and 3X as long when I left. Entire process needs work! Won't be back next week!

I purchased a dozen Red Roses for Valentines Day and what they delivered were not Red… instead they were a Orange Coral. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location for flowers unless you want the left overs. I ordered these last week in plenty of time and what she got was ORANGE ROSES?!? WTH….

We visited three different stores between yesterday and today and this Hyvee was the ONLY one with the PRETTIEST PERFECT ROSEBUDS AND BABY BREATH bouquets EVER! My bf was able to make my Valentine's Day early!
