Horrible manager or employee idk running the drive thru. Pretty sure she was training someone and when I would just talk to him she would chime in saying rude and impatient things. Like where is the good customer service? I’m not coming back unless that girl is gone.

The french fries were cold and started to get stale but the burger was good. They are usually out of onion rings when I go but I think that is because they are ordered more than the fries (straight and curly) because they get cold faster. Also, the tacos are fried too long and it makes the meat taste bitter.

Should have been marked temporarily closed. They must not have more than one person working right now. The dining room is closed, and the drive-through has been almost an hour wait. At the very least, tell customers before they order the situation so we don't wait in line.

The night shift are completely rude and just had workers in general they messed up my food completely didn't give me my fries or any of my sides I order 3 different meals all I got was my hamburgers and drinks no fries or anything and when I called to talk to them I was very polite and I said hi I was just there and you messed up my food and they straight up hung up on me that's just so bad for the food industry and I waited for almost an hour on them to give my food and they weren't busy or anything either this was just horrible service don't ever go there

Took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the speaker. Finally said he couldn't do 2 separate orders. BS, you just don't want to. Then waited another fifteen minutes at the window before we even paid. Finally gave up and went to Burger King.

As a Kansas City firefighter and military veteran, I love Jack-in-the-Box ever since I was a kid because the tacos were so affordable that my mother used to feed all the kids for dinner. tonight I was speechless by the service and food. I was served with not even a spoonful of meat in a whole taco, I ordered four of them only eating tortilla lettuce and sauce and I feel this should be posted to the quality of taco had no quality . Oct 23rd at 330 am. 2 white employees who obviously should not be working there!

Attempted to get dinner here after seeing a concert, and before our 2 hour ride home. Ordered and paid at the drive thru, was pulled to the front of the building to wait 30 minutes to get the entirely wrong order. Back to the drive thru I went, sat at the order box in the drive thru for another 10 minutes before anything was done. Thankfully was able to get a refund, won’t be back to this location.

Robert and Sheila were fabolous. It was my first time to visit this store and they made me feel like a long time customer. I was there at 6am when the doors opened. Thwy greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in. The food was great and the service even better. Nexr time im in town i will definitely look them up.
