We visited the store in Blue Springs Mo about 7:30 pm 12/26/25. The service was good but the meat was sliced so thin that it was ridiculous. A sub above maybe a long time ago, more like a sub below. Take the Jersey out and just call it Mike's Sub Subs.You guys need to get a company wide standard where the meat is sliced the same way at every store.The prices are already high how about making the quality high as well. I would close shop before I put out a sandwich of your quality.

Terrible customer service ordered two subs and took 50 min to be made and no customers in store and plenty of workers. Shame cause they just opened. Will not return.

Even on their opening day, service was quick and efficient. I even made an extra request on the order, they handled it with grace and an extra smiley face! >:o

This place is amazing the big kahuna chicken and Philly steak is absolutely amazing. Big shout out to the staff everyone was friendly and happy. And a note to the district manager Chris you are absolutely correct on the chipotle mayo! 10 out of 10 in all aspects from me

My husband and I went to Jersey Mike's today in Independence for their grand opening. The food was delicious, everyone was pleasant and happy. Chris, the district manager, treated us with grace and kindness. We will be returning because of Chris alone, let alone the delicious food!!

The food was amazing. Whatever you get, tell them you want it “Mikes Way.” I’m glad it is close to my house. I will be back. Definitely. The employees there were awesome too.
