This is my favorite JJ’s in the area! Very clean, fast, and the friendliest employees ever! Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a hello and a smile, not to mention just over all good energy. It’s the perfect spot to grab lunch in a hurry.

This was a terrible experience!! I ordered on line requested Xtra oil and vinegar and instead I got none. The bread was far from fresh it was hard as a rock on the end. I spent $10 and threw it in the trash. The only good thing was the chips!

Ordered 3 sandwiches yesterday, wrong ingredients on each. One didn't get eaten so I wanted to make sure it didn't get wasted but I have allergies. Called asked the manager and they said "idk im not going to read over all these ingredients" spent 5 mins trying to get an answer if Worcester sauce is present and still couldn't get a straight answer. Extremely incompetent and dude came back at me with attitude saying I shouldn't order if I'm unsure. Wasn't for me, just don't want it to go to waste but a middle aged man talking tough over the phone and being a smartass ain't it fam I'll come down there next time see if you come with that same attitude and energy and we can solve it right there and then don't get mad at me because you have the reading skills of a 5th grader. Probably why each of my sandwiches came wrong

Placed an order that was never received only to call and have the phone answered "hello". I had to ask if I was calling Jimmy John's and who was I speaking to. His name was Lamont and he claimed to be a manager. I explained the situation and I was told that they were using Uber Eats for delivery and not their drivers. I told him it had been over an hour and they were about to close. He put me on old and apparently called the GM Samantha. She told him that I would need to call Uber Eats in order to get a refund. Mind you I didn't order through them but directly through the Jimmy John's app! He gave me a phone number that was no longer in service. No offer to correct the issue only to make it my problem to get my money back. This is terrible customer service and we will NEVER use this location again.

This place was hilarious! The employee taking our order was like some updated version of spicoli (Sean Penn's breakout character in fast times at ridgemont high to those non-gen xers out there). After I'd placed the order and paid, he asked me what it was all over again! Everything he said was in some updated Midwestern version of an early 80's surfer. No problem now. He was a nice guy and the order was perfectly fulfilled! Great fun!

Would love to include the photo, of my #6 Veggie.... Cheese, Croutons, Onions and Lettuce.... Seriously, that is all in this sandwich..... Other than wanting the rest of the veggie (I ordered), the sandwich was good.... Reminds me of that old joke: " Other than THAT, Mrs. Lincoln---did you like the play....?"
Post-script: My quarter-cut pickle had one-quarter cut (out), and the rest of the pickle was whole...Geez-Louise, is it ME...!?
Addendum: I do like Noland Road's Jimmy Johns, and (for the most part) they prepare a nice, healthy meal.... Sending a photo of my sandwich; however, nothing would please me more, than to resolve the sandwich (my second unsatisfactory #6), and replace this review.....They are always pleasant...
Vegetarian options: If you get the VEGETABLES, you ordered...the sandwich is great....? Also, Watch your pickle---it might be served, with only one-quarter cut out...!!!

Ate in restaurant once and place was clean, and nice music on and the workers were nice and helpful. Normally I get delivery and it doesn't take that long. Love the veggie sandwich, the cookies taste delicious and even though I am not a huge fan of pickles, the ones here are delicious.
