The sandwiches on that French bread are very delicious. I have to say that the General Manager was a amazing problem solver. I was witnessing another customer trying to hustle her and she handled it like a professional. We will be back.

Unbelievably Slow. Respectfully, the workers have to be part sloth. My grandmother has more of a sense of urgency than folks on the clock, getting paid.

The staff can't follow simple directions. I have been through this, specific Jimmy John's several times, and I'd say only about half of the time they are able to follow the directions. If you say you want a sandwich with only 3 things on it, they will make you a sandwich with everything BUT those three things.
Jimmy John's is usually pretty good, but stay away from this one.

This place is a mess. I ordered very simply and clearly a sandwich with just bread, lettuce, and ham, for my kid with dietary allergies. I get some monstrosity from them dripping in sauce and cheese and other meats. I ask them nicely to fix it, and they rip the sandwich out of my hand, slam it in the trash telling me I must have ordered it wrong (the same worker I ordered it from standing right there), then proceeds to slam some meat on bread and shove it in my hands, still the wrong ingredients on the sandwich, and tell me “it’s fine”. I cannot recommend this place less, and will never return here or any jimmy John’s for that matter, since this is the low standard they hold their workers to when it comes to the safety of my child’s allergy safety or the general treatment of other humans.

Staff was excellent, going out of their way to explain JJ app features and rewards to me. As usual, the food (#5-Vito combo meal) was tasty, prepared quickly and just as it was ordered.

Waited an hour for my delivery, only part of the order was delivered. The manager was rude, but offered me the choice between a refund or they could redeliver tomorrow. I requested a refund, and was told to call back tomorrow. Upon checking my bag, I saw a part of my food order was also missing.

Well I pulled in the drive through 6 minutes before close. Waited 4 mins patiently until I was greeted and asked my order. So I place my order which was, 2 lulu's with cheese no tomatoes! ( cold sandwiches ) with the gentlemen, and its now currently 8:58pm 2 minutes before close. after ordering, I get turned away by the person saying my manager advised me that we're now closed. Which is odd, When you technically close at 9pm!!! and Ive been waiting in the drive through for for service for 6 mins... and it was a customer in the lobby also! So I called in to get the managers name and i feel like it was her that answered, because she paused when i asked her the managers name on duty. I was told by the lady on the phone the manager on duty name was Kat which I feel was a lie. Either way bad business jimmy johns and I definitely won't be coming back to your establishment to waste my gas, time or money since you all don't have the time or value your customers! Seeing that your employees had time to come to the front door both of them to open it to see if I was pulling off or around to the front instead of successfully do their jobs and make my sandwiches what they're paid to do

All Jimmy Johns are our go-to's!! We travel quite a bit and JJ is our first choice wherever we are. We live in independence and attend the Jimmy Johns Noland Road drive thru often when we're at home. The Noland Road location is our favorite Jimmy Johns -----> NATIONWIDE. We're treated like family at the window at every visit. I love my Unwiches, while it's a Gargantuan for husband. Clean, efficient location with perfectly prepared sandwiches and absolutely lovely people. Perfection. 💓
