Always good food

The food is cooked to order. Tastes great. Got 3 pieces of catfish and fries ( lunch special) for $8.99
Ordered the full order of Gizzards. They were cooked to perfection, crunchy yet tender. 10/10 would recommend 👌
They have some of the best fried fish around and they put lemon pepper seasoning on it
This place is a fantastic spot for delicious, crispy fried fish and chicken! The portions are generous, the seasoning is perfect, and everything is cooked fresh to order. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Highly recommend for a tasty, satisfying meal!

If you want some catfish or chicken wings, give them a try. Ive had their chicken wings before, just not at this location. I would go there again.
Upon moving to Independence we tried catfish at the few restaurants that sold it. Once we had Js we never looked back. It's prepared fresh, amazing flavor, perfectly made fish that it's more than a great taste, it's an eating experience. Each bite had my adult son moan with enjoyment. We always order catfish, wings (glorious), okra, and cold slaw. You will be hooked Once you give it a try. Enjoy! Dr. B.

I love this place! We always eat here every time we go to the city and the food is amazing and also affordable. Very affordable. They have a 8 piece leg and thigh for almost $5.99! Can't beat that! Also the food comes out cooked & fresh! Love it!!
