I ordered 2 pc white meat on ticket 2092 at 4.38 pm. I get home and I have dark meat which was nasty. I will not be back again to kfc. I tried calling about 5-6 times when I got home, no answer 816-543-0600.

Called this store due to the store on 24 was out of chicken pot pies. I tried 3 times and the phone rang and rang then it disconnected you. This was at 4:30. So not really dinner rush yet. Great service!! NOT!

Nick and the girl with black hair and glasses are awesome I spent all day moving into a new house and my friend and I ordered through the app but when I got there they were out of a lot of items due to a not received shipment. They were super nice and offered an exchange for the same price which was amazing because the last thing I wanted to do was go somewhere else! You two rock and need a raise!!!

Fresh food, and an even better staff! Rhonda rocked it!!!!! Not only was she beyond pleasant, but she was super patient and provided napkins, sauces....the first time, without having to be asked again. So thankful for the experience Rhonda provided!! She re-energized my day!!!1

Employee thats very rude, this location have a poor service, she say they dont take orders in the window but the speaker thats no working. Change or training your personal to be kind.
Went asked for 2 piece mixed. Got charge for it. $10 an some change. Got home had 2 piece dark. Problem is, the 2 piece dark is $4.99. Called store 7 times no answer!!! Teach the workers the difference in the chic.

Got a 12 piece chicken nugget and a number 7 the chicken was not done it was slimy and watery when we asked for our money back they argued saying that's how it always is. I'll be calling the health department fs

This doesn't even deserve one star. Normally I don't eat KFC because it's been awful from this store too many times. About a month ago husband ordered the big chicken fingers meal. It was good and made 2 meals for us. So I told him to get us that again. The employee at the window rudely told him it an online order only! So he ordered me a 2 piece dinner and him small chicken strips meal. This was absolutely awful. Wasn't fit to eat let . Should never been served. This is the last time I'll ever be at that store again. Rude to hateful employees is the norm. And quality of food is embarrassing. No need to respond to the manager. There is never a response or improvement made. Eat at your risk here but not me.
