I ordered from the Kiosk. It states they will call your name. I am waiting and I hear a lady say 2 piece from Kiosk. She said it again while standing at the food table. I wondered if she was talking about my order so I walked over. She made some comment about someone coming to the drive through and don't have time for this. She walked to the drive through and ignored me. I asked the other lady at the food table if that was supposed to be my order that the first lady was saying. The lady looked at me with a confused look. I heard the first lady by the drive through say she would be back. I waiting longer while the food was just sitting there. Other customers said that it must be mine because they ordered more. I finally decided to look in the bag and it appeared to be mine. So I went ahead and took it because I wasn't getting help from anyone and waiting for a good amount of time. After I got home, I realized that I didn't even get a drink. I tried to call back that night and today. Phone rings then goes to a busy signal. I have never had that poor of service and attitude from someone.

I visited KFC 10-24-25 12:45 pm. I know that this review is probably not going to change anything. I ordered the 3 piece original chicken combo meal. The original chicken had been fried at some point and was very dry. Why offer original chicken if you're going to fry it. I know KFC has been allowing their stores to fry original chicken and it's unacceptable. KFC needs to take more pride in their food. What a big disappointment.

This is a new location for me. Been there twice since I moved here and issues both times. KFC is my favorite and while I am sure I will go back at some point, I am hesitant because the service is just off. First time they said they didn't have the bbq chicken and then when I returned a week later. While they had it, they gave me chicken breast's when I ordered dark meat and gave me mashed potatoes instead of the coleslaw I ordered. The side was okay I guess, but the chicken breasts were very dry. So yeah not 5 stars, probably should be a 3.

Was there on 8/29 and ordered $53 worth of food. Got home and was missing a pot pie and 1 breast. That's at least 12 dollars of food that I will never be reimbursed for. Will never go back. 1 job at a drive thru is get the order correct and can't even do that

This KFC location always seems to have problems. Out of honey garlic chicken, and out of waffles today. But dont worry. They replaced the waffle with a biscuit that was dryer than the Sahara desert. Thanks KFC
Ordered the Big Box 11.99 plus tax. I really hate spending MY money and getting bad food this box came with 3 pieces of chicken 2 sides and a drink. I'm not complaining about the side's they was descent, but when you go to a chicken restaurant you expect good chicken 2 wings and a breast pieces all was so freaking dried out and crust was hard

I had a great experience at KFC thanks to one of the employeesa very polite and hardworking young man named Jaden. He was fast, friendly, and made sure everything in my order was perfect. It's not every day you come across someone with such great customer service, especially at a fast food spot. He really stood out as a great employee and deserves recognition!

Burn chicken bad service attitude employees I bought 8pc chicken and 5 piece meal and I they couldn’t give me some hot sauce talking about they charge and she can’t even do it because the register not working she didn’t look fit to work there with that attitude no wonder the food taste flavorless just to make it clear if I go to any chicken spot I expect hot sauce that’s the point of the chicken! This the only one that charges
Ps as I was leaving the drive through another man came out pissed off from in there ! I’m sure it has to do with the cashier attitude
