Abby was so rude. When asked about the $5.99 chicken special. She acted so oblivious to what I was asking for. This is after countless times of explaining it to her in the nicest way possible. So after being combative with me she declined taking my order. Abby you work here you should know the menu especially popular items and in the event that you don’t. It doesn’t hurt to ask and have a positive attitude while doing so. If you can please avoid this KFC

The guy taking the order had no personality and was rude, wouldnt give me a receipt. The chicken was not cooked all the way, the coleslaw was dry. Oddly the potatoes and gravy was stale and tasteless. Place was dirty. Will never go back to this location

The chicken was dry and not fresh chicken. When we took the chicken back to the counter they replaced it with chicken that tasted likt it was cooked in old grease. The chicken was terrible.

My experience was horrible. I ordered, and I'm one combo with the 2 pieces of chicken and a side and a drink and a taco Bale side I ordered. At number 2, when I got home, I had no Taco Bell, they gave me double of number one, the chicken. When I tried to call that number doesn't go for it. I am very dissatisfied.

If I could Rate Yall Negative, I would. I ordered 2 Separate orders of the famous bowl WITH NO CORN, and got pretty much ONLY Corn both times. I called multiple times with no answer only for There line to be shut down and all calls canceled. The chicken wasn’t Even cooked all the way and the mash potato’s were somehow Stale??!!!! I feel I could have asked a 6year old CHILD to Prepare my meal and them not disappoint me as badly as the Grown Workers they have. I fear I would’ve rather been served Dog food then to see my plate Filled to the Brim with corn after Specifically saying NO CORN!!

This is the saddest chicken I've ever seen. They must be running low on tenders or something because these are so tiny. The cashier is not having a good time and has trouble listening to orders (likely because he's wearing an earphone). I asked for chicken and waffles, and the board says it comes with tenders. I asked for the tenders and waffles for my brother. I got a drumstick and thigh piece, neither of which he will eat because he's special needs. I also expected this to come with a drink, because I asked to make it a meal. That didn't happen. I also asked for a combo of 3 doritos loco supreme. I got the tacos, but not the drink. He must have not heard me, again, on account of the earphone in his ear. Finally, it was clear he didn't want to be there. I'm going to switch dinners with my brother, but I'm highly inconvenienced at the lack of basic customer service. If you don't like your job, then make room for someone who actually wants it.
