I can't thank the staff enough for making my dad so happy every Tuesday! My dad is 90 and only likes the legs and every Tuesday I take him at 11:30 for their Tuesday special and they have no problem doing all legs (unlike another chicken place we've been to). The service is always so friendly! Thanks for making my dad happy!

I bought an 8-piece chicken combo, the chicken was cold, the potatoes were refried and cold, the only good thing was the cold salad. How horrible to pay for a meal that does not meet the minimum quality. I do not recommend this store at all.

First thing when we walked in it smelled disgusting right at the doors. When we went in further the smell was gone. I ordered a #7 which is 5 tenders but they counted a tiny nugget as a tender, our fry boxes were only half full, the Mac n cheese looked dry and old, a lot of the tables were dirty and sticky. The guy at the front desk had an idgaf attitude about taking our order and having to replace the Mac n chz with a different side. For spending over $50 for us to eat I'd say it wasn't worth the money at all. Idk what happened to all the fast food restaurants but they have seriously all gone down hill. It would have been better for us to go to a real restaurant and we will for sure next time. Another one lost our business.

This is a solid place for takeout! They're fast, even when we ordered a 20 piece bucket with 7 large sides. They were out of biscuits because one of their ovens wasn't working, but they told us so right at the beginning of our order, and readily offered to substitute a couple of large sides in place of the biscuits they could not provide. They were appropriately apologetic and did everything they could to make up for the lack of fresh biscuits. That's great customer service! KFC often sends out coupons, which saved nearly 40% off their menu prices, so I highly recommend finding some before you go.
Love when you guys can't get an order correct while I'm standing right in front of you.

Got a online pick up order and went through drive thru because they have construction going on and received the food it all was bad soggy fries old chicken no biscuits and small mashed potatoes worse KFC I have ever gotten food from my whole family was upset

CAUTION DO Not EAT HERE GaveOne star because I have to. This place is so gross, and I am reporting to the health dept.Was wanting KFC . You know biscuits ,chicken etc. was told they were out of biscuits and would get an extra side. Nope. Had to pay out of pocket $33 for 8 PC of chicken and 2 sides Chicken was burnt along the potatoes and Cole sal bad like expired. Do not eat here.
Update : Now we are all getting sick .

I'm only going to say this it's chicken only reason their doors are open. Management is no good understaffed and and apparently improperly trained it took us almost an hour total to get our food we sat for over 20 before they brought out the order, not our order, then when they did bring the right order 10 min later it did not have every thing we ordered. I went inside and stood another 15 min before I was even noticed while another gentleman was waiting had been in before I ever got out the care I saw maybe 5 employees total, all be it I understand ther meay have been more but out of the ones I say only two were actually on the line one at the window and one at the friers. I did eventually get my cinnamon twist and was able to leave only reason I'm giving 2 stars is well chicken.
