I've eaten tons of chicken. To say this was the worst I've ever paid for is monumental. It's the last place I will ever go if I am hungry for chicken. It tasted 3 days old. Dry and leathery. Absolutely gross. I got all white. Two breasts and a wing. Both breasts were dry. I tried them both. I tossed them both. The wing was so lethery, it was easier to chew the bones. Tossed it too. Complete waste of money, Time and appetite. The guy in the drive thru was polite and quick. I feel sorry that his face is associated with this bad experience. I don't suggest this place. Run....run away and never return.

This is my 3rd attempt to get a chicken pot pie at this location. It is on the menu but when I ask for one they say sorry we don't have any. Another time I ask for a chicken breast and same reply they are out. WOW. Building would be a good place to start a chicken fast food place!

I've been here a few times, and most of the time, this place is always out of something, and it's kind of ridiculous. I like KFC but not really sure if the company cares about this place, which will really turns customers away from wanting to come here.

Whoever the lady with downs syndrome is running the drive through needs to be given some further training or an easier job as it is obviously too much for her to handle telling a customer who simply misunderstood her where to pick up their order.
This place is a joke. Between the people just loitering in the lobby to the staff jumping and dancing around like clowns, they lost me. The last time I was here I got strips that were more like jerky. Tried to give them a second chance, but they blew it. Saddest part is that the "managing partner" was present and allowing everything bad that was happening to happen. It was bad enough I literally turned around and left.
I was just told, by this restaurant they are completely out of dark meat for the day. On Tuesday the day of the dark meat special at 5:30, dinner time. This exact thing happened to me last Tuesday when I tried to get some food here. I really like Kentucky fried chicken and I live really close to this Kentucky fried chicken but I drive away from this drive thru at least 90% of the times I come here. This restaurant is terrible. I will never come here again even though I live like two blocks away
Do not expect your coupons to be honored here.Customer service is extremely poor even when you must ask for a manager.We took our business elsewhere.

Used a coupon and had a meal that was great for a reasonable price. I treated my granddaughter and two great grandchildren. We had some leftovers to take home. Looking forward to going again.
Man the people are nice here however the food is garbage. I literally could not taste any seasoning on my original chicken. It also tasted like old fish grease We ordered a bowl as well and the chicken in the bowl was trifling too! For the record tho the staff was great at refunding my money

Horrible, I don't understand how they stay in business. They either don't have chicken or it takes 15 minutes to even put in your order, put in my order (there were no cars in the drive thru), I put my order in and get to the window and they only have enough chicken for 1/2 of one of my orders!
