First the cashier was snotty about giving me a military discount. I looked past that. I asked when placing the order to have my steak well done. Not only was it not well done but it was cold. The tortilla chips was hotter then the meat, rice and beans. To make matters worse there was a hair in one of the street tacos. I end up throwing it all in the trash. The food barely had flavor. Bad experience for an out-of-towner.

These types of places were booming in mid 2000's. Now not so much. Better options out there. The tolerance for places like this are none existent anymore. I insist on trying kc cali on the opposite side of the street! For more delicious, authentic, and welcoming hole in the wall. 🙏

I'm surprised it wasn't a packed restaurant!...
I ordered the huevos rancheros at brunch time it was really delicious! I couldn't help but eat it all geez, I got full...they let me have a to go cup of sweet tea...server was prompt and nice, on spot. Price is managable Very good TY

The absolute worst Mexican food I've ever had. The restaurant was clean. Booth seats worn. I asked to move as the booth had extensive damage.(3) Ordered shrimp enchiladas with queso instead of enchilada sauce. I'd overhead the next table order.

The 3 enchiladas consisted of tortillas wrapped around 3 grilled shrimp. Absolutely nothing inside the tortilla but 3 lonely shrimp. Each enchilada was topped with 1 grilled shrimp. I unwrapped the shrimp and sat the poor tortilla to rest on the edge of the plate. No needto use those carbs.. There was lettuce and tomato served with the spanish rice. By the way, the next table also made a comment about the naked shrimp enchiladas. The rice was very good. The queso for chips wasn't hot, so it was requested that it be warmed. (1)
The waiter was very jovial and was working tables indoors and outside (5). One table had a celebration going on...had a whole 750 ml bottle of Patron taking shots with the waite staff. LOL. Not kidding! Not returning. *Always tip your waite staff. They're providing a service. 18% is minimum.

The food wasn't flavorful at all .. paid over 70 dollars and it was really disappointing.... The only flavor was from the Pico de Gallo which did taste good but it was so disappointing. I'll stick with the location off 291
