The service here is terrible, I walked in the store there were no other customers. I felt like the employees there put their behind the counter duties as a higher priority above taking my order I had to wait almost 20 minutes before being served.

Literally the worst pizza place I've been to. Employees are incompetent and lazy. All I wanted was a hot an ready pizza, to which an employee said they would be ready in 7 minutes. Tha wasn't a problem so I waited outside until they were supposed to be ready... When I went back in he responds that "I never told him I wanted one" lol like this dude could see me waiting in my car the entire time he just didn't want to do his job I guess. Anyways I suppose it's a good thing people like this are cooking pizzas because I don't believe they could handle a real job anywhere else. SMH

Look folks... for five bucks I just got a hot, cheesy, thick-crusted, individual pepperoni pizza and a bottle of drink of my choice. This lunch special is fantastic. We're not talking J. Gilbert's fine steak house, right? This is about little Caesar's pizza and I don't go there for atmosphere. It was what it was supposed to be: delicious, filling, and low cost.

Went to Independence location walked in to get our pizza we ordered online and the store was dirty. Looks like they haven't cleaned in some time. Or it sure gave that impression.And the person handling the pizzas had long hair and let's just say I hope no-one got any hair in their pizza.Won't go back.
This place is a pleasant suprise you'd expect it to be worse than it is. Its my favorite carryout pizza

My fiance ordered 2 pizzas, apps and beverages on August 11th. When it was delivered the driver did not have the beverages with them. The one that was supposed to be a pretzel crust was unleavened, sour and not edible.She took it to the store and the person at the counter stated that it was "what it was supposed to look like. And she would have to deal with it." After two hours and no food for the work crew she was supposed to feed, she was told she would get 100% of her charged money back. As of August 24th, still no money returned.
