The homemade bread was delicious, my cake was generally excellent. The place is very clean, just the way I like it, not dark and with canteen music, like other places. My husband's was carnitas and he said that what gave him the plus was the bread. We will try other dishes in the future. I give it 5 out of 5

Vegetarian options: Well, since they are dishes that are prepared in combination, one can choose not to add meat to these.

I work right next door to them, consistently i go over on my lunch breaks. 100% some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered here in Independence. Their service is top notch, and their food is excellent. Thank you guys for being Awesome!

Cute little sandwich shop with just a few items. We tried the marinated pork (adobada) and the turkey ham triple. Both were very good! The bread is baked in house and very delicious. I wish they offered it a la carte.
