This place needs a deep cleaning they got me n my son order wrong then try to say we didn’t tell her which we did I was nice until the nappy headed black lady try to get rude cause I asked for more tartar sauce I wouldn’t have to ask for more if u gave me more then 1 sauce for 3 pieces of fish or if u had ur condiments stocked up then got home n they forgot to give my son his extra piece of fish he paid for the cook n the back working extra slow the ppl n the front rushing to take orders and rush u out instead of making sure all orders are correct this place need all new workers and then the black lady had all her kids there that was running around I understand u gotta do wat u gotta do but ur kids should not be running around while the place is very busy I would give all -0 if I could new new works asap

Today I was stuck in the Drive-Thru for 50 minutes and once you get in that drive-thru you are stuck, you can't get out.. people were screaming and hollering and honking their horns and once I finally got to the window and verified that they left the onions and lettuce off my burger. I'm allergic to onions. They said no they have to remake it they got it wrong. When I left and I ate the chicken first and then open the burger and it was black. It was severely overcooked. Once that drive through gets stacked up you might not even be able leave when you do get your food because the tail end of the last car can hav you blocked when cars are parked on that side..

Place is a dump and we paid in cash no receipt was giving so we ask and they said its out of paper... got home order was not even close so we went back to be told fryers off so they couldnt fix our order the cook was mad cause they was doing a refund thank god cause no reciept is disasters anyways pay with cash no reciept at night lol thieves

Tried to visit 12:10pm, March 27, 2024. Height of lunchtime. One door said “use other door.” Other door locked. Drive through sign not illuminated. Lights on inside, several employees behind the counter. No other signage. Second time this has happened for me.LJS has always been my favorite place, and it’s been sad to see them disappear. Now I understand why.

Hung up my phone when I walked in the door so I know how long I was in there. Lady was taken order for people in front of me then said just one second kept doing other things was in line for 10 minutes when I decided to leave.
This place is so dirty. The drink and ice machine doesn't work. They served our drinks with no ice. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. This place is so dirty.

They are always short staffed. They are the only one other than Liberty in the Kansas City area. So you have a very long wait time.. the staff is usually friendly. I asked for fresh fries. They were not hot. They were lukewarm. Their fries aren't the best to begin with. I went inside this time. The drive thru was barely moving. If I hadn't checked my bag before leaving I would have not gotten my coleslaw. Or silverware and napkins.Parking: The parking lot is not very big. The drive thru gets in the way of exiting. I had to go the wrong way to get out so that I avoided getting stuck.

Don’t get me wrong, I love their food. HOWEVER, they close whenever they want to. This is at least the 5th time we’ve driven an hour to order through their drive-through only to be told they’re closed for the night while their lights are all on and they don’t actually close for another 45 minutes to an hour. IF YOU’RE GOING TO CLOSE EARLY, CLOSE EARLY AND CHANGE YOUR HOURS. It’s not even hard to do.
