Lutfi's Fried Fish

Not a very inviting atmosphere. I was hungry for fish so I thought I would try this place. The only menu on the wall is very confusing. The fish I was order wasn’t even there, even though they were serving it.
The cold slaw has no taste (seemed like the sauce was in thick corn starch water)
The fish was decent. Portions were good. A very few fries for an order to serve 2 people.
DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!

First visit. Ordered fish and shrimp combo with fries and fried okra. Food was 3 star, fresh and hot, but thin strips of fish and all lacked salt. Shrimp was heavily Cajon or spice seasoned, not crispy fried, too spicy for my dinner companion, so fair at best. Employees were very friendly and informative. 10-15 minute wait, but food was over the top hot fresh when served.

They Suck !!!!!!!

Store is closed today with no sign posting that. 2 door dash orders were accepted in their system and dashers waited until noon (opening time) and then were cursed out and flipped off by the 2 staff that showed up. Rude behavior for their own mistake.

The fish was good but they were supposed to be open until 7 but apparently they have an unadvertised preclose prior to 7 where they close the lobby and only offer part of the menu. Where I come from you don’t close till close time. For that reason I won’t be back

The order was ridiculous poorly distributed! I ordered bass and wing combo what i got was 1 lil ass PC of fish 4 dried up looking wings then the guy working there had the nerve to have a attitude and snatched the bag. I'll never come to this Luftis on Noland Rd again!!😡

Dry as es ever I could clearly tell there was little meat after paying for the family dinner & one day later it’s not worth warming up because of how still, and lack of meat

BEST FISH IN KCMO!!! Food is always fresh & delicious when I go, friendly staff :) nice and clean definitely 10/10!!
