I should’ve trusted my gut and left when I saw that the food prep area looked dirty. But I stayed and ordered. First and last time at this location. 350 is 1,000% better. The location on Noland gave me crusty hard bread. The red beans and rice didn’t look right so I didn’t even bother tasting. The fish made my stomach hurt after a few bites so I stopped eating it. Praying I don’t have food poisoning. The young man preparing the food kept taking his glove on and off to talk on the phone. Who knows the level of cross contamination going on there. Don’t recommend.

I wouldn’t spend my money at this establishment, If my 87 yr old great aunt with dementia wasn’t a fan. I called my order in and it wasn’t made until I got there. No only did I have to wait for my order but they also cheated me out of my fish count and the fried okra was terrible. I’ve been 3 times in a 2 weeks span and there’s always something

Stopped here for lunch during the week. The food was amazing. We had the fried fish. It was cooked perfectly, and we loved the cornmeal batter. Service was great and everyone was very friendly.

Best fried fish in KC, staff was friendly and the potato salad was great too! 6/6 stars!

Food is a 9 out of 10! The process is slow but it's well worth the wait! Fish is hot, green beans done right also had shrimp it was amazing! Family kind of business!
