had a birthday party Feb 6th. my party person was amazing.
But dont go to the bar. if a short blond woman is working. she will treat you like crap. ignore you while helping other people walking up the bar. I can't imagine getting good tips with customers service like that. to mention the other customers were in shock with how they were treating me. my family is disgusted with how the bar treated me while watching from across the room while keeping our kids party together.
UPDATE I have reviewed their online policy and it says 6 children not 4 like the security guard said which makes me feel it was racially motivated. A black woman with 5 black kids turned away before even walking inside. I will never go there again.
FYI If you are a single parent, young parent, parent with multiple children Main Event has a new policy that children can only come with adults 25 and older and said adult can only bring 4 children. If you have 5 or more you...read full review
Awesome service in the arcade area. Went to bowl, ordered food as well entering names. Apps and family bundle. Waitress kept asking if that was all..I kept adding things (teenage boys with me). Main dish came out within 20-25. When dropped she came and asked if everything looked okay. I mentioned we never got the appetizers. (Wings) when main entree included chicken tender sandwiches.
