Do NOT go here if you wanna get scammed. We paid for two cards and one of them would swipe and take away the points but we couldn’t play the game. When we went to customer service they said they’d load the points back on. Well we went to swipe it again and it had EVEN less than before! When we decide we just wanted our money back and to leave they said no refunds on a used card. EVEN though the card never even worked! I will never go here again.

Main event can be extremely costly if you have a family on a budget. But on Mondays they have a game pass for about 14$ a person can play games or activities. We usually get a game pass and let 2 kids share 1 card. It doesn't include any of the virtual games, and you can't redeem any tickets you earn. the food is expensive, and takes a long time to receive. The escapes room are roughly 25 for 6 people at time. Im not even sure how 6 people would fit in the small escape rooms, Half the clues inside didn't even work, and there is no prize if you win. Just the experience which is still fun, even through the things dont always work. I would have to day bowling is probably the best activity. Which is about 60 for a family of 4 including shoes.

Worst main event local.
And the blonde bartender acts weird to women. And heyyyyy free drinks to men. And hey guess what you can catch her serving the on duty police or security drinks aswell.
Very cute. Also if you call to tell a manager anything that might have happend. no one will call you back.
Because they literally dont care.
For the safety of my children I will never be going back.

WOULD NOT EAT HERE. Atrocious service. Stars is on service rating.

Went with a group of people (10) got there at 445 it was empty and there no other table that had customers eating. 30minutes went by and not a single person checked on us, so I got up and went to the bar to see if I could get some drinks ordered and stood there while she as scrolling on her phone, after a minute went by I said “excuse me” in which she asked how she could help. I told her we had a our table over there and I would like to get some drinks, she prompted that she would send a server over. A good 5 more minutes went by before and several look exchanges with the bartender — and that server finally showed up. When he got there we just went ahead and ordered drinks and water but we had two new people at our table and he didn’t ask them if they wanted anything and left. After about 15 more minutes (I’m erroring on the safe side) he still never came back with waters or to check on the others, they had a kid with them and had been waiting to order to get the gaming card for their kid — when I had to go get the server myself, again. When I walked up he was leaning on the line prep and scrolling on his phone. No one saw me or said anything, I literally had to walk into the opening of the kitchen to get his attention and help which he then said “I was just about to come check on you” and didn’t even immediately follow me out bc he had to get out waters. Brought waters one having visible FLOATING things in it and when it was mentioned he was like it’s just the water - and she has to persist she did not want the water and wasn’t going to accept it. WHAT!

Moral of this story, never will we eat here again. Only will we come for games. The food is ok and the service was very bad and slow — it took 2hrs from the time of sitting down to paying our ticket; and was only table in the dining room for the first hour. It just isn’t worth it. Go eat at any of the places next door before coming here. Do not plan to eat here.

*I still tipped 20% — the manager walked by several times, never checked on us, and knew we were sitting there bc she had them get the table ready for us in the first place. Even at busy restaurants, managers walk by checking on guest experiences.

Honestly wish I would have read reviews before choosing to eat here and play games; because I would have saved myself frustration on recommending meeting other families here for an outing.

Owner; this is my review, I will not follow your link to retype this. Ive seen the generic response your have for every bad review and it’s not sincere by copying the same message and replying asking to submit our review to your website. It’s clear you need to work on fixing the Service issue — but if your only response to bad reviews is pre-wrote template that’s just copy and pasted, then maybe the lack of service is coming from your leadership, you are the last defense to fix the issue or help change their view of your business. I read 4 bad reviews that are directly under mine that complained over the past two months on the same issue. I absolutely wish I would have checked the reviews before coming; because we would absolutely not have even “give it a try”. People don’t take time to write this long of a review of it really wasn’t that atrocious.

I went to this location with my partner who is 21 years old. They have security at the front doors who will not let anyone in unless you have your ID. I would understand if they were enforcing this rule for children or teenagers who are unaccompanied, but for adults who are coming to enjoy activities that is ridiculous. They were very rude about it and had no flexibility at all parentheses (i.e. including looking at an image of an ID.)

had a birthday party Feb 6th. my party person was amazing. But dont go to the bar. if a short blond woman is working. she will treat you like crap. ignore you while helping other people walking up the bar. I can't imagine getting good tips with customers service like that. to mention the other customers were in shock with how they were treating me. my family is disgusted with how the bar treated me while watching from across the room while keeping our kids party together.

This place is crazy busy, so much to do. Great place for parties, kids love the assortment of activities.

What is missing is hand sanitizer! No place did they have hand sanitizer and I just cringed at all the germs on the surfaces. This a great place for spreading the current viruses. Gallons of hand sanitizer should be everywhere in this place.

Server was horrible. The guy Nathaniel that bussed our table was creepy he just stood there as slow as possible taking stuff. I ordered a $5 drink and was charged $9 to my account when I only gave an 18% tip. Will not return.

Came to Main Event today 1/18, and was told to stand at the host station to be seated for food. After standing there for about five minutes, a different employee came up and told us to seat ourselves at the bar with our 3-year-old, which already felt inappropriate and completely unorganized. We decided to wait to seat ourselves until the rest of our party arrived.

Once our party arrived, we tried to load credits onto our card. One machine was completely out of cards, and the other wasn’t working. We went to another set of machines where, again, one was out of cards and the other wasn’t printing receipts. We then went to the desk for help, and the employee there clearly had no idea what she was doing.

To make matters worse, one of the games charged more points than it was supposed to. When we brought this to the front desk, we were simply told, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” with no attempt to fix the issue or offer any kind of resolution.

During all of this, my spouse was sitting at the bar waiting for a menu or any direction. There was only one server, and she did not acknowledge us at all. She was focused on another table and never offered a greeting, menus, drinks, or even basic acknowledgment. My spouse eventually grabbed a menu their self . After we had already looked at it, she finally came over and asked if we needed menus, then immediately walked away without saying anything else.

The entire experience was extremely unorganized and frustrating. It felt like there was no management presence. Overall, the service was horrible. I will never step foot back in this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
