I went there with my friend from the military, we were asked for IDs so my friends showed his military ID, and the officer at the front door (heavy weight, bald, white dude) said he isn’t accepting that and that my friend is looking for handouts just because he is in the military. Then I tried to show him a photo of my ID refused to accept it said I need a physical copy of my ID, so we drove 30 min away to get my ID go back up there and the officer said he already told me no and if I come back again he will arrest me. All for just trying to go bowling with my friend who is back from the military who I get to see 2 times a year now. Terrible experience, manager came out and did nothing about it, don’t care about their customers experience at all.

There is very little to none hygiene anywhere, a lot of machines in the arcade doesn't even work, I will not be going back.

We brought our 14-year-old son and a few friends for food and fun, and they had an absolute blast—especially in the escape room! Michael was incredibly helpful getting us set up and even checked on us throughout our stay. Nick was a total rockstar behind the bar. We didn’t catch the name of the other bartender, but she was also wonderful. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back!

this has got to be one of the worst places ever. they check ids for 18+ and refused my brother and his friends who’s have a military id. a military id is a valid form of identification. they’re 21+. they degraded him for serving this country. completely rude and disgusting. this is main event not mosaic. this establishment should be very ashamed of the business they’re running because its so unprofessional and disrespectful. they weren’t even let in. and had nothing to drink. this has nothing to do with alcohol. it’s the fact that you guys refused to let them in the establishment because he had a military id instead of a state id. unprofessional. worst place ever.

Large event center with lots of games. Everything from bowling arcade games.
It will host a party or you can just go there yourself. The place does get a little loud as expected.

Went to Meet and Greet for KC Comets indoor soccer team season ticket holders. Large group but only one waitress, she did great but felt Main Event should have provided her some extra help.
