Great place for family fun with a variety of activities to choose from. The food was ok. Drink are good if you tell them not to overload with ice. Although it's a fun great place, it's also somewhat expensive.
Do not go to this establishment on the weekends. There’s a whole bunch of little hot teenagers running around my food was horrible and nothing was done to rectify my issue. I will continue to go to Northland Main Event or Olathe. But the Independence location just has too many teenagers running around like it’s the club smoking weed it was a hot mess AND some man punched some woman in the face, the police presence was heavy but still didn’t deter that man from punching...
We requested Pizza they said they did not have any pizza items at all so we ordered chicken tenders they were so gross they were mushy the bathroom was nasty like it hadn't been cleaned all day
