Busy at lunchtime but everything is generally correct. Everything Is kind of dirty though ex. Tables are like never picked up and service can be a little bit of a wait. Not real friendly. Also bought a special monopoly meal and because they were on the lat box. Didn't give me one in the meal set I ordered that came with one.

Anytime this store is visited after 9pm costumers are ignored as they try order over the intercom, ignored as they honk at the windows to get the employees attention, employees refusing service for simply not wanting to do it. They take foreverrrrr compared to ANY other McDonald's. And they forget meals all the time. Its ridiculous.

This location at 23rd and Sterling is the absolute worst. Nobody speaks English, the store is always disgusting with homeless hanging out inside and the girls working always like to talk and gossip instead of helping customers they will have you standing at the counter looking stupid until they think they are ready to help you. Something else I have noticed this location is much more expensive than any other location in independence go on the McDonald's app or go to the store yourself and visit another store.
Things are a dollar plus higher than all of the other local independence locations. Not sure what the mark up on pricing is for but ill be contacting corporate about all this.

They don't mix their coffee so even when you add your cream and sugar it's at the bottom and tastes black. Always ask for a stirrer.

Can't get orders right & poor costumer service
The last 5 visits have been absolutely terrible. One order has been like I ordered it. Service is deplorable. Can't you people get anything right? From these 5 experiences, I will go to another store now. I spend a lot of money. There too much to have it. This bad of service service is fine. It's a propreparation of the food that is horrible.

Rafael has no customer service skills what so ever and is extremely rude. I have made a point to complete the receipt survey with details of the experience, naming the employee Rafael. Also an email to the owners to write a complaint.
So sad to see when a customer service employee doesnt have the capacity even to greet a customer at a drive thru speaker.

Hair. In. Everything. The fries, the sandwiches, if I got drinks I bet there would be hair in that too. And the worst part is..for some reason only God himself knows...it was all different hair. Check your food from this location! Especially whatever crew they got running tonight 9/29/25 at 8:30ish P.M.
