This place sucks. The manager speaks spanish, so you can't communicate with the manager correctly, and it seems like some of the workers that bag, the food don't know what they're doing. It shouldn't take twenty minutes to put a cheeseburger order.Together with two cheeseburgers, high sea and a medium fry. It simply shouldn't take that long and I should be able to communicate with the manager if I need to. I personally think that they hire a spanish speaking manager.So they don't have to pay as much.I've seen them do this at a couple.Other mcdonald's too in the area. Honestly, it is ridiculous and this mcdonald's is poorly managed. Their workers, half of them are in competent, work simply cannot handle stress of being in the fast food industry. When I came here at seven thirty on a thursday night, they had a total of twenty five cars in the drive through sticking out to the main road. Like I said ridiculous.

Order was incorrect. Went back up there and the lady who appeared to be a manager was very rude. She didn’t want to give me my correct order and then accused me of lying when I stated I did not receive socks. Not professional and a totally unsatisfactory experience

This is my neighborhood McDonald's and they are absolute best. It doesn't matter how long the line is there's no wait. Thank you guys for such great service

I purchased the McChicken value meal and requested cooked to order. The food was cooked to order like I requested. They had me pull forward and was very polite about it. The young man who brought the food out to my car said have a nice night.

Rude staff. Refused to give me my order at the counter because I put drive thru on the mobile order. I had to wait another 20 mins in the long drive thru line and when I finally got to the windows the staff was even more rude.At the window absolutely terrible service

The last 5 times I've came to this location the wait is a while for curbside and usually cold fries besides 1 time they were actually good. But tonight I waited at least 20 minutes for a curbside with only 2 drinks. I had to come inside to watch it sitting on the counter with 1 drink not even filled up and the ice already started melting. Im highly disappointed. It's went down in the last probably 2 months. Seems there no sense of urgency for a lot of the workers. I won't say all but most.

This McDonald's is way better than the one on Noland Rd. The staff here actually treat you like you're human and if the make a mistake they own up to it unlike the McDonald's on Noland Rd.

I went in this morning to get breakfast and when I got home five minutes later, I noticed there was nats in my cup. Thankfully I noticed on time, so I called the store to let them know because there’s bugs in my drink, and the manager said “Nats? We absolutely don’t have any nats. Did you call the right place” I said “this is the one on 291 right” and she scoffed at me and said no, I said” okay then On Gudgell?” And she said “yes, but we don’t have nats.” When I explained to her that they do it, they were in my cup. She said “ Well, I’ll definitely look at all of our stuff and you can have a free tea.” But she had an attitude when saying it. I told her I don’t want anything from the store. It’s disgusting. I hung up the phone. Now I’m debating if I even want to eat the food. I wasn’t calling to try to get anything free. I was just letting her know that they were nuts in the drink. It was a dollar and something change for the drink. But there is no reason to rude especially when it’s not my fault.
