Terrible McDonald’s They make you pull around even if there is nobody in the drive through behind you just to wait in line behind other cars in the front of the building then they bring out 3-4 orders at a time and gave my order to the first car just to get it back from them and bring it to me after it had been in there car and them going though the bag first very disgusting and not very bright by management definitely chose a different McDonald’s than this one…Sad that no one can do there job and just trying to get over on how long you sit so it looks like they have fast times..Maybe they would get it right if they go back to just handing people food out the window like it supposed to be

I don't even know what to say. I ordered online about 7 minutes before I even arrived, just two McChicken and a fry, then waited in drive through, then was asked to pull off and waited more than 5 minutes there cuz the food wasn't ready? Why? I've worked at McDonald's before, it takes like a minute to make that order. Add 3 if you have to cook everything first, so what takes these guys so long? It's called FAST food. And it's one of the simplest jobs in the world... I'm just dumbfounded. There's has to be 0 effort whatsoever from employees to do that poorly.

Great service and food. Atmosphere is questionable being that homeless are always camped out in the dining room.

UPDATE: I don't know if they're under new management or what, but this location has been stellar lately. The food is good and hot, the service is friendly, and they're actually getting my order right about 95% of the time. The other day I even got hot, extra crispy fries...they were WONDERFUL!
They have never...NEVER... gotten my order correct. I've ordered a large Dr Pepper before, and they managed to mess it up. They are not apologetic, when they mess up, and it's a struggle to get them to fix it.

My fiancé ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel simple right so they got it wrong. He went in there. He wasn’t being mean and they made out like he was delusional opened up. The package looked at it and everything and he was right they got the wrong one, but was made to feel stupid in The food tasted bad.

This McDonald's is 2 minutes from home. I'm not a huge customer of McDonald's in general, but I'm in often enough to know my way around. And I've been a customer at this location about 20 - 25 times in the last two and a half years. I'm not going to go into detail about the food or cleanliness. It's a McDonald's. You know what you're going to get. My complaint about this store (and the Wendy's across the street) is unless you're a drive thru customer they'd really rather you not come in. I'm old, a senior citizen as they say. I've been going to McDonald's since before they had inside seating. And decades before they even thought of a drive through. Drive throughs are still new to me. I prefer to go in, place my order at the counter, and then either sit down with my meal or go back to the car and eat it on the road. This store looks like it designed for drive through service. There are a few tables inside, but only a small area is designated for counter service. And when you walk in and stand at the counter to place an order, you will wait. Oh, you can see the people in the back and they can see you, they just don't acknowledge you. I've had to walk around the counter and into the back area and ask someone to come out and take my order. They'll come out and suggest I use a kiosk. Kiosks frequently don't work. And they never work as well as good ol' face to face order taking. Eventually they'll huff and puff and begrudgingly take my order. Man, talk about passive aggressive. When I do choose the drive through at this location it operates like a Swiss watch. I'm telling you, they do not want you in the store. They have set themselves up to operate a drive thru and by god that's how they want to work. You coming into the lobby and expecting service is not how they want to work. The thing is, in that passive aggressive way, they want me to know that they don't want me to order at the counter. Of course they can't say it directly, but unless you're particularly thick between the ears you certainly get it. I say stop pretending, McDonald's. Close the lobbies. Make your locations drive through only. You'll lose a few customers, but the ones you lose are the ones you really don't want to serve anyway. So , no big deal, right?
I’ve waited 15-20 mins for a curbside order multiple times just to go inside to find out it has been sitting behind the counter. They need to stop being so cheap and hire more staff
