They simply don’t care , food missing pretty much every order , and if it’s not missing it’s not correct . Sad customer service. I am not a McDonalds fan but unfortunately my grandkids are . This helps add to why I don’t do business there.

Horrible, horrible, I repeat horrible customer service. Then ended up getting my order wrong and was still rude about it, with no sorry and thank you or anything for having to pull forward and wait 20 minutes and being the only person when I only order 4 sausage burritos. Will never go back to this McDonald’s don’t deserve my business they treat there customers with blatant disrespect. Was not just one employee either.

I ordered curbside pickup because I had two different mobile orders and in the past this location wouldn't allow you to put two orders in for one car in the drive thru. The employee then got incredibly rude saying I can't do curbside pick up when it's this temperature because it's "too cold" (32° so she is clearly not from the Midwest if she thinks that is too cold) overall she was incredibly rude to me accusing me of seeing her waving me down to come to the drive thru when I didn't see her. She was battering me asking me why I would make her come outside. Definitely will not go here again.
I have watched this Mcdonalds become worse year after year. Today I was introduced to a member who stated that we can't use curb side pick up when there is snow on the ground. This employee also scolded myself and my girlfriend for using the curbside pickup instead of drive through "forcing" her outside.
This location used to be my favorite in Independence and is quickly becoming my least favorite.
