They keep on hanging up on me
I went to grab a quick dinner on my way home after a long day. I pulled up in the drive thru, the git talking the orders was mumbling. I asked 3 times for him to speak up because I. Couldn't hear him. I finally got frustrated said what I wanted and had to repeat it back Suffolk because I still couldn't hear him. Once I got up to the window to pay the girl working the window was too busy crocheting to get me through that window. She kept stopping to crochet between repeating my order, running card card and handing it back. I got home (I live 2 blocks away) to my fries having been dumped in the bag on its side, they are cold and gross. The snack wraps I ordered more of it was in and on the paper wrapper then the tortilla. I pulled the first one out and immediately got a finger full of ranch. Cheese and lettuce spilling all over. Overall not a good experience in any step. The only good thing was the gal who handed me my food. She was in top of it.

It's McDonald's so the food is the food, but most of the staff at this location is very nice.

Super super slow in the morning and never get order correct.. lack of responsibility make me close to late due to sitting in drive through at least 3/6 minutes.. every rTime I go here...and the lady told me show up 30 minutes EARLIER if I need get to work!! REALLY!!!

Placed mobile order 10minutes in advance not counting driving time to the store. When I arrived the lady behind the front counter was helping a gentleman, after he was finished she walked off and didn’t even acknowledge im there. So I scoot over to the pick up line where i still was not asked for a pickup number or what I need help with. Another 10 minutes go by at this point i walk out because my mobile order was for 1 iced coffee 😂, you can keep it. Wouldn’t waste the time in line. Gnats flying all over the front counter, Good effort on customer service.👍 Just don’t understand the point of a Mobile Pick Up order if you can’t even prioritize speed of service.

Ordered curbside today and I was greeted with a cheerful “Hello, valued customer!” I’ve never heard that before at any McDonald’s, and it honestly made my family and me smile.
We were missing a 4-piece, but when I went inside, the team fixed it right away with no hassle. Super friendly service all around — absolutely love this location!

My food tasted like perfume! I couldn't even eat it! They need to have Policy on that! Not only was it inedible but I was on my lunch break and didnt have time to go back! So no lunch for me today

My brother and I ordered everything correctly. We ordered from separate kiosks and paid for own own meals. The manager that was on duty it was breakfast time. They messed up on our orders with the drinks and treated my brother and I like we were the problem when we were not. Instead of owning up to them being in the wrong for making our drinks wrong they blamed us for it. The manager that morning also didn't give us our receipts back. We will not go to this McDonald's for a long time until they clean house of that manager that wanted to treat my brother and I like crap when we showed proof. They also tried making my brother pay for another large iced coffee when he already paid for a large. They gave him the wrong one. We found a better McDonald's to go to. McDonald's on Noland Rd is not the one to go to because if they get something wrong on your order they'll make it out to be the customers fault Instead of admitting they were in the wrong. They'll also not give you your receipt back. They're tables were also very dirty like usual. McDonald's on Noland Rd doesn't know how to be adults and admitt when they're in the wrong. Karma is real, FYI.
It is disheartening to go to McDonald's these days. So expensive and rude service.

Rude contner lady stood at the register for what felt like 10 minutes before someone said be with you in a moment again felt like 6 minits and we was the only ones in line than the lady was rude as hell to my girlfriend to the point I wanted to say something to her but my lovely girlfriend ask me not to ,that's why I'm leaving this thank for listing
