No matter if you are the only car in the drive thru or one of 50 you always have to pull around and wait 20 minutes for your food. This clears their wait time so corporate thinks they are fast, but it’s a total lie. The manager here needs to be fired, this is the worst run McDonald’s in the metro!!

Used to never complain about this place. No matter where I’m at in the metro this has always been my go to place they’re usually fast even when busy and friendly.But the last couple of days nothing but issues and nobody cares. Orders are usually always wrong. Ever since the shamrock Oreo McFlurry came out it’s been tough for them to figure out… I’ve ordered it twice no problem. Both times it wasn’t mixed in just everything at the top. No big deal asked if that’s how it’s served so I know next time not to get it. I’ve ordered it a couple more times same problem and I’ve asked to have it fixed and they refuse. Today I ordered one and they just couldn’t get it right I tried to correct her and I thought she understood me. Asked at the window before I paid to make sure it was correct she took my money and I pull up to the window to get it and they just hand me a regular shake. I asked for what I paid for. They refused until I paid the extra whopping $0.43. I had tried explaining it to her and the rude manager didn’t wanna hear it. Paid it cause that’s not a big deal I just want what I ordered. Still not right. Hope they figure it out. I liked this place

I sat in line at the drive thru. Ordered 2 Big Macs , 2 fish sandwiches 20 PC nuggets. 2 ff 1 LG drink. Then pay. Then told to drive around and wait on the other side of the building.Get home. Missing a Big Mac. I called them 5 times no answer.They can't answer their phone.
