My car broke down recently and I was able to pull of the highway and into their lot. I gave the manager on duty a heads up and he was very nice and accommodating.

I would give less than one star possible no speaks English they mess up your order every time and we'll have you waiting 40 minutes for a quarter of what you paid for then you have to fight and argue to get the rest after showing your bank account that shows it bring pulled off, they can't even maintain a soda machine!!!! Straight syrup came out, HIRE PEOPLE THAT SPEAK ENGLISH AND CAN ACTUSLY RUN A FAST FOOD PLACE!!!!!!!! I know it's mcdonalds but holy crap that was easily the worst one I've ever stepped inside of, the back was nasty as well no one had gloves on just raw doggin peoples food And besides that there was three or four Mexican Checks just chilling in the back talking and laughing the whole time Ignoring all the customers calling out to Checking on their orders too They would just give you a stupid look and keep walking

The Employees brought food to the table of the minorities in the dining area. There were 3 other white customers in the dining area and we were all called up to the counter for our food. I said something to cooperate and received no response.

Cannot say about the atmosphere but my McDouble was hot when I ate it and it was very good drive-thru done an excellent job
Waited in line for a couple minutes to order no big deal.. Ordered & paid. Kid at the first window tapped my card & didn't hand me a receipt. When I got to the next window i'm told I haven't paid & need to circle back around. I pulled up my bank account & showed them I paid 14.80. Sat there for a couple minutes & they didn't come to the window again so i'm out 14.80. Thanks a lot

For some reason this store is slow. I always ask for extra tarter sauce which I'm charged for and all I get is a drop. And I ask for no ice and they give it to me anyway

Parking: 70/30 chance during lunch rush. Otherwise plenty of spots.

12/10/24. No one at the counter. 3 female Mexican workers looked at me and not one of them came to take my order. They all spoke Spanish and were laughing a lot. After a 5 minute wait one of them finally came to the counter for my order but then excused herself to take an order out. Another gentleman came to the counter, again the female workers ignored him like they did me. One of them helped that gentleman and I was in line first. After the gentleman got his request answered. The female workers went back to what she was doing. I made a comment about how the customer service wasn't so great and asked " could I get some help? The on Mexican heavy set female had her back to me and said," someone will be with you" in a very sarcastic tone. Eventually the first female came back to the counter. I asked , Are you still serving breakfast, it 10:45 am. She said no. So I started ordering off the value menu. I noticed the prices weren't the same as on the value menu. I asked for a cup of water. Any other time water was free any other time I came to this store. I told the young Mexican female to cancel my order and went to Whataburger where they actually welcomed this customer, and let me order breakfast. Now that's customer service!!!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I’ve never had a good experience, my partner works at night and we get food pretty late but when we tried to get food here the screen with the menu was turned off and I asked if they were open and the rudest black dude gave me the nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced we are no longer wasting our time at this dump and will recommend the McDonalds on Noland just a few blocks away with better service don’t waste money here they most likely spit in your food
