The restaurant is clean. The service was good. The food was good, but when I tried to use the bathroom as a paying customer, they did not have tissue in the bathroom. I tried to go get some from the employee. She handed me paper towels. Iâm not sure how McDonaldâs ran out of tissue paper, especially this location

Me and My mom had a really bad time while My mom was ordering. The worker that took our order was really mean to My mom. My mom doesen't speak English very and she was making mean comenta. I do not recomend this place because of their staff. But I am gonna Say the food was really good. BAD SERVICE

I ordered a large caramel iced coffee at 10:20 pm tonight. I asked for one shot of Espresso, caramel drizzle and 7 regular sugar. I know that McDonald's has liquid sugar and regular sugar. As I attempted to explain myself the manager (because he told me so rudely) said they didn't have said sugar. I told him I worked at McDonald's and proceeded to tell him the machine I was referring to. Its completely separate from liquid sugar, he became rude and hostile with me for no reason. After finally taking my order I pay for my drink and drive off. I park my car to taste it and he purposely did not put ANY sugar in my iced coffee. I make this coffee for myself at the McDonald's I work at. That was really rude and a super messed up thing to do. I didn't have an attitude, I immediately said no worries about my app order, ordered and paid full price just to be treated poorly and to have my drink purposely not made correctly. I'll never come back to this location.

Drive thru was painfully slow, only 2 cars in front of us and we were there for half an hour, sat at the speaker waiting for our order to be taken but it was 10min of radio silence. Staff was rude and interrupted us mid sentences. Couldnât even remember our order with how long we had to wait. Food was mid.

I hope you guys go back to the camera fridge and watch it refuse to give me his name and was super disrespectful yelling as other coworkers called me a sorry ass and I didnât have any money, get him out.the girl at the window was nice and calm And then he got my order wrong. Iâm afraid to go back cause Iâm afraid. Somethings gonna happen to my food. Something needs to be done about this.

Me and my gf were getting food at this place we had just moved to independence from Oak grove, the Hispanic women at the drive through was polite at first, but the she got upset because I was âblocking her parking lotâ. Iâm not sure what she was saying in Spanish, but Iâm pretty sure it wasnâtâhave a nice dayâ. I wonât be back anytime soon.
