Food was good, when i went to pick my food up the front end staff just stared at me, didn’t say a single word (not even a greeting) and then went back to gossiping with each other. After standing for a solid minute or two (they were 5 feet away the whole time) they finally went “…do you have an order?” then went BACK to gossiping as soon as I responded.

My first visit to this Minsky's yielded a mixed experience. While the initial wait for a server to greet us and take our drink order was quite lengthy, once we did order, everything else arrived in an appropriate amount of time. Our server, I think his name was Michael, was excellent after he took over; I have no complaints about his service whatsoever. However, the calzone I ordered was a bit of a letdown.
