My phone has been yelling at me to review Momo's for about a week and a half now so I guess I better listen to it. Momo's is one of the last places we went when we were visiting Missouri, it was lunch time and we were hungry but not really hungry, I deployed from the house in search of Momo's as we had seen it numerous times driving around Independence. I finally found it and was suprised to see they had a drive through where I ordered a couple of meals and some pickles. . .in. . .in a sack. . . Anyway, the food was exactly what we wanted it to be, exactly what we expected, small homey panini's perfect for those "I'm hungry but I don't really know if I'm hungry," times. I recieved great service at the drive through cube and the ice cream was amazing! I know this because my friends dog waited until we weren't looking and shlorped half a cup of it into his face in one lick. . .he's a great dane. . .he has a big face. If we lived in Independence this would be a pretty frequent visit for us. Sorry, no pictures :(

We went here both nights of our stay in Kansas City. The peanut butter mixed with chocolate custard mixed with peanut butter cups was really good. I eat ice cream 4 or 5 times a week year round so I can eat a lot of ice cream but even I asked for a "mini" the second night we were there--the regular was really big.

My mother in law and I just had mini concrete malts here. I recommend the grasshopper as it had mint flavor and Oreo cookies in it. There’s even a panini shop in the same building.

We live near by and once in a while we treat ourselves to Sheridan's. It is so nice because we can bring the dog and they even have "pup" cones for the fur babies. The quality is always consistant and the folks working always seem to enjoy what they are doing. That makes you want to go back again and again (even though the 'ol waistline won't allow for it).

We have a large group that meets here regularly in the summer months. Plenty of outdoor seating and an enormous selection of flavors

Ordered a Buckaroo to take home for my son and they were out of domed lids so they squished everything down and stuck a flat lid on top. Because of this they weren’t able to add the whipped cream and the lid didn’t fit so it just sat on top kind of wobbly. I ordered strawberry shortcake and the cake was hard as a rock. Couldn’t eat the cake so I just ate everything around it. The custard was very good.

I ordered from DoorDash, and while everything was good, I don't see any nutrition facts anywhere, so I came to the fb page to see if I could find them. Nope. Then I read some of the reviews. And the responses to the reviews. ...Cringe? I've never seen someone answering reviews be so legitimately combative with customers who have valid complaints. It looks like this place is run by amateurs, and with the way the speak to people, I'll be surprised if it lasts very much longer. Based entirely on your customer service skills, I'm really disappointed, and because of your answers to negative reviews, I won't be ordering again.

Staying at the Best Western next door and saw this is close and we could walk! So it's in the same bldg as the Concrete place. It's hopping out side with ice cream. Only one other couple in here at Momo's. It's sat nite and lots of people out. It's freezing in Here!! Omg. We ordered me- American and Boy-British, 2 soups and pickle and chips n water. We got our Sammy's our fast and had to remind him of our soups! He said oh yeah.... and ran to the back. It's been 10 min and we had to holler into the ice cream place ......! He said oh yeah again and went in the back.. holy s....! Not sure I want it anymore. Is he gonna spit in it or what??! He said he got busy at the drive up window... really??? Thought u were getting our soup!!!! Are u high on meth here and can't remember someone's order space cadet???? Anyway he finally came back with two soups that were actually pretty dang good. Especially since we were freezing in here. So basically service sucked big time. Like no one what's to be at that end... but food was good for what it was. Hence the 2 star. We were so disappointed that we did not give them our biz at Concrete place and went back to our room.

My favorite things at Sheridan's are the pumpkin pie concrete during Thanksgiving and the Strawberry Shortcake dessert during the summer. These are some of the best desserts I've had anywhere.
My son and I had a great experience. We dined in and both enjoyed a fresh, hot panini. We will go back and recommend it to friends.

Decided to try this place out today as it seemed to have *decent* reviews and I LOVE paninis. My panini was tasty and would have earned this place four stars, but the employee running the drive-thru was absolutely atrocious. Rude from the get-go. I asked a question about the menu and she responded with about seven ounces of attitude in her voice. Then didn't even say hello or ask how I was doing at the window after I sat there for fiteen minutes with no greeting, wondering if they forgot about me. If I were you I would NOT hire employees with zero customer service skills. I get that they're not "working for tips" but the least you can do is smile and say hello. I would go back for the food, but would hope to never see that employee's face OR bad attitude again.

Was staying in hotel next door was hungry so i walked over to momo's their only appeared to be one girl working. I ordered my panini and soup. The the girl came back said they didnt have the cheese that came on it and she didn't know how to cut the cheese so I had to get diff sandwich. So besides that The prices were great the food I did get was good for a cheap fast lunch. I'd prob go back again

Our experience here wasn't that great. My husband and I stopped in while we were out Christmas shopping. With the temperatures very cold we wanted something to warm us up. Boy were we disappointed! We both ordered paninis and tomato bisque. The panini itself is as flat as a pancake, just not as hot as one. Both the soup and panini were cold. I think it's because our food sat in the back while the workers chatted. It wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese so maybe they rushed the cooking process, I really don't know. I would have asked the girl who took our order to heat all of this back up had she been there. She stayed in the back talking to another worker the entire time we were there. We were the only ones there. I can see why. The "dining room" is basically made up of a few metal grated table and chairs.
