The absolute worst “burger” I’ve ever put in my mouth.

I've eaten from here for many, many years thanks to family. Today was like any other day, and when I got a couple of their Whiz Burgers today.. I knew I'd revel in eating some comfort food. One looked great/fine. But *THIS* one takes the funny roflcake. I've never seen their burgers look like this one out the wrapper. This looks like a one-eyed bionicle, but also like a halo helmet. The meat looks like a visor from one view. Very funny. Keep up the culinary art, cooks. Lmao.

I love the old school car hop style of this place. The ladies that take your order are always so polite and efficient for the number of customers that regularly come to get their amazing food. I highly recommend their loose meat burgers and ? Cherry Limeades! I love The Whiz, and my husband is a Super Burger man ?. The tots are cooked to delicious perfection every time! They even have some of the harder to find fried foods like breaded mushrooms ?! Come try for yourself and see if you don't get totally addicted.

My mother used to take me here when I was little and I always remembered the amazing root beer floats. My mother is elderly now and I got to be the one to take her this time. She loved her loose meat sandwich and I loved the all beef hot dog. It's better than any stadium hotdog. They still bring the order out on a tray that hooks onto the car window, and the best tasting root beer in glass mugs. Amazing gem!

Parking: Plenty of space for customers. No parking available for employees really. Employees park across the street at the Tire shop.

Didn't seem too friendly. "We're closed" I guess they were due to open in about 5 minutes. Cruised around and stopped at 5 guys. Very nice French fries, great burgers and clean sit down too. 5 guys have peanuts while you wait for food.

Love this place its been an Independence staple since I was a little boy. Robin is the best car-hop and might I add very pretty!
