Had a craving for thier fish and chips. I arrived, got seated, ordered the awesome Italian nachos and looked over the menu to find my fish and chips. Well, to my disappointment they no longer serve it. As a matter of fact they don't sell a lot of things they used to. So, if its been a while since you have visited check the menu online first, they just might not sell it. So, in place of the fish and chips decided to get a classic cheeseburger and fries. Ordered medium well....
Wasn't busy, our waitress was on point and our food came out timely, hot, and worthy of a commercial. I told her how shocked I was by the food/toppings, and she said the day chef does an exceptional job. Italian nachos are a fun treat!
Like every other restaurant....in time they go downhill. Visited the independence location last weekend and asked for an ingredient over and over and was promised it would be right. Came out with ingredient almost non existent. Waitress then said sorry...we will try and get it right next time. There will be no next time.
