Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I love the olive garden.

Great food ,service was excellent.
The only issue is that for some reason, my card was compromised the n3xt day after use at this location

Hostess first told us that it would be 5 minutes more people came in she forgot to put us on the list and proceeded to tell us that we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour because more people had come in they were so unorganized

Veronica was giving butler vibes. So professional and kind. The food is always basic and overfilling but we go about once a quarter due to living near by. Great service

I decided to stop in and get soup and salad for me and my daughter to go. I went to the bar to get the beer and order. Unfortunately, they have a policy that states that if I want something to go, I need to go to the takeout counter and order from there. So I was required to pay for my beer and then go to the takeout counter and order my to-go. For a split second, I felt devalued because I was getting a to-go order. He only had one other customer. I think nowadays more than ever, it's the little things that will make you want to come back or not.

I ordered the tour of Italy and got like the chocolate lasagna dessert it was one of the best chocolate cake I have had.

Pretty bad smell when you enter the restaurant. Water accumulated under our table. Salad and breadsticks were good. Food was mediocre at best, my chicken parmessana was dried, burned and chewy. It looked like frozen chicken from Walmart. Decided to get fettuccine alfredo instead of spaghetti for a $3+ upgrade and it was pretty dry and tasteless. The portions are about 1/2 the size they used to be but they're charging more for the meal 🤦‍♀️. Will not recommend or return to this location.

We order To Go and had the Tour Of Italy with salad... the portions were large and the food was very good. It had been a while since we have had Olive Garden and I was extremely surprised but impressed.
