If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! This Nutrition Stop is hands-down my new favorite place, and a huge part of that is thanks to Savannah. She is genuinely one of the nicest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. Every single time I walk in, she greets me with the biggest smile and makes me feel like I’m her favorite customer. Her drinks? PERFECTION. She somehow makes every shake and tea taste like a treat AND gives me the energy boost I need to get through my day. She’s quick, she’s talented, and she clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. Savannah doesn’t just make drinks—she makes my whole day better. You can tell she truly cares about her job and her customers. She remembers what I like, offers great suggestions, and always goes above and beyond. Honestly, they’re lucky to have her!

Stopped by Independence Square with my niece and found this cozy spot with vitamin-infused drinks and the comfiest couches! Such a relaxing place to sit, talk, and people-watch. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere felt calm and comfortable — perfect stop while exploring the Square.

I have read some of the comments and it sounds like to me some of you are wanting to have the sugary experience that other places say they are healthy but have more sugar in the drink. So you come from different areas with fake attitudes because your service Experience was not them bowing down to you, then going back to see if you could go back & try to run down the girl that you thought was rude, so dont put your reviews on here when this is a natural health bussiness from what I have been reading, I have not tried them yet I will try them. So for you who just look and try to find fault if they lose your bussiness then good, I would rather serve people who are down to earth then snooty & hateful.

I just stop on the square Nutrition just because I was at the courthouse to grab some paperwork. Thought maybe it’ll be good. I’ve got to other locations. Does this part one of the worst ones I’ve been to I got a shake and a tea. Unfortunately, the tea taste like very unflavored water. The water taste unpurified not clean. It leaves a nasty aftertaste in my mouth I do love all Locations for under a new ownership. Almost a year. Now I’ve been here one time I do not see any of them improvement Since I last came. After a few sips I couldn’t drink the rest and had to dump it. Now my stomach isn’t sitting well. Unfortunately a waste of $10

My boyfriend and I came to this shop on a Tuesday morning to try some shakes and teas. We used to live near Gladstone and had an Herbalife affiliate shop that we LOVED going to. So we were excited to try this place since it’s so much closer to us here in independence.
When we arrived there was one other customer checking out so we looked over the menu while we waited for our turn. The employee seemed to interact really pleasantly with the other customer until it she was out of the shop. Thats when the employee’s demeanor completely changed with us.
I tried to get recommendations while ordering and she was dismissive to us. My boyfriend even tried having a conversation with her while she made our shakes and she would barely look at us or answer him. We felt unwelcome and like it was a nuisance to serve us. As soon as we paid she was encouraging us to leave.
We loved 816 Nutrition up north because the owners and employees were kind and made us feel welcome, this was a horrible experience.
I purchase Herbalife products and I know how to make the shakes at home but we don’t have all the flavors and like to splurge on them as treat every one and a while but these shakes here were watery and had no flavor. They tasted like taking the Formula 1 powder and just adding water. Definitely not worth over $30 for two shakes and a tea. Also not worth being treated poorly the whole time we were there.
I did end up going back for another tea that Saturday morning just to see if maybe the employee was just having a bad day and But there was a different young lady working there. I thought that was weird because the employee who helped us earlier that week on gad made it a point to tell us she was the ONLY employee that worked there since she knew the owner.
The experience on Saturday was completely different. That employee was kind and helpful, she’s the only reason I’m giving any stars.
I would recommend coming back on a weekend day for a tea, the employee interaction is better and the teas are good.

My sister and I were walking around the square and we noticed this cute spot on the corner called On The Square Nutrition. I am so glad that we decided to stop in because this spot is AMAZING!!!!! Jake was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about the all of the products that they offer. He answered all of my questions and even was so kind to let us sample a few things. We loved our drinks and the protein bites were delicious! If you are looking for healthy alternatives, THIS IS THE SPOT FOR YOU!!!!!!!!! 😁

Whoever worked Friday 01/03 at 11 AM was amazing! I haven’t visited since new management / I’m from liberty, but on the square nutrition is phenomenal! Worth the pit stop, awesome bartenders, and great prices :)
Drove about 15 mins out of my way. Sign on the door says "open. Call and we will be right with you." I called. No answer. It's just so inconsiderate. If you don't want the responsibility of owning a business, don't open one. Or hire someone to be here so people aren't wasting their time.
