i went through the drive through and didn’t recieve all of my food that i ordered. they failed to give me all of the stuff i paid for and the attitudes of the three boys working in there today were horrible. wont be coming back here for a very long time.

THE PORTIONS SUCK. Whatever dude they have in there put my plate together in 2 seconds. He was more concerned about being fast and didnt bother with how much food he actually put in my plate. What was to serve 2 people barely was enough for myself. Stop being so fast and actually care about the quality of work you put in.

Since Jack in the box went out next door this place gets overloaded in drive thru late and are slow and run out of items as you come up to the window after 900 - they open til 10 but employees start shutting down and stop making food . Maybe they should stay open til 11? Also the building itself looks closed at night even though open.

Just stopped in on our way home from a long trip out west. Was met with a bright smile and enthusiasm from Ty. They were really working hard to keep the team running smoothly. You can tell they have a great work ethic. The place was clean and service very efficient.
Food seems to be a hit or miss every time I’ve been. An occasional makes me sick depending on the location I go too. 😬

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 bowls. They only gave us one. Didn’t notice until we got home. Called to get a refund, they wouldn’t give us a refund unless we came back to the store. Even though we had the receipt and order number and the manager even knew about the order that was left behind. Drove all the way to get a refund and then they wouldn’t even give us the food because we wanted a refund. At that point I should’ve asked for gas money. Crazy customer service. Wont be coming back.
