Went through the drive through and ordered 2 bowls. They only gave us one. Didn’t notice until we got home. Called to get a refund, they wouldn’t give us a refund unless we came back to the store. Even though we had the receipt and order number and the manager even knew about the order that was left behind. Drove all the way to get a refund and then they wouldn’t even give us the food because we wanted a refund. At that point I should’ve asked for gas money. Crazy customer service. Wont be coming back.

I got the wrong order. I asked for chow mein, orange chicken and Beijing beef. I got white rice and double orange chicken. Very upset that I can’t enjoy my lunch

Was given the wrong food. First, they had me go around and wait at the side for almost 10 minutes to even get it. Didn't check it like I should have. So when I got home and looked at it, it wasn't even my order. Drove all the way back, and they locked the doors early, so I was stuck with food I couldn't even eat. I know for a fact their orange chicken doesn't come with yellow peppers. Photo showing the food I got with the print out of the food I should have gotten.

Horrible service Norma C took my order and when I was ready to pay I want to add a drink and she just ignored me and took my card payment them I told her I want to add a drink and she said she cannot take my order because she is busy and I need to go in line and order again the think is the way and the rude attitude that she said It. I buy panda every week for my kids but this time not good service I do work with costumer service and that is not the right way to treat them we have a job and check bc customer come and buy
