I ordered delivery from here yesterday. I am very upset that onions are not listed anywhere in the ingredients. I really can't stand them, I start to gag. I didn't know that there was onion in tuna paste and tomato soup. Because of this, my breakfast was ruined and unfortunately I felt sick. However, the lemonade blueberry lavender is just super, this is the only thing I ate from here. I think it is worth listing this ingredient.

We placed a catering order for pick up on short notice. When I arrived to pick it up they were just finishing up with it. Despite being short staffed, it was ready on time. It was 7:00am on a Sunday morning and everyone on the team was quick to smile and were very friendly, including the GM, Tiffany who graciously offered to help carry bags to the car for me. It has been a long time since I have received such good service and I really appreciated my entire experience at this location.
Dietary restrictions: They took special care to make sure my items were prepared and packaged separately.

Just placed my order, lady at window was rude. Would not come back. There was a misunderstanding about the you pick two I was trying to order soup and sandwich to which she rudely replied I have to get half in order to be considered a you pick two which I am aware of. I told her that was fine she responded as if annoyed( she may have had a long day) but I do not wish to go back.hope her day got better though.
Getting very pricey for the size. Fav soup - french onion but soup expensive, salads i dont like - lots of the tasteless hard rib of romaine instead of a good leafy lettuce!! Dont frequent much.

Panera has gone down so much over the past few years that I have nearly stopped going there. Recently, though, I heard that they were making a comeback. I have gone twice since then and do believe that they are. Portions are larger, and the menu is good. Desserts could use a refresh, but overall there is definite improvement. Downsides included a tasteless baguette and the absence of some of my former favorites from the new menu. I also felt the rustic potato soup was a bit too creamy/ cheesy--flavorful but without much potato or other chunks of anything. The atmosphere is getting shabby, and the booths are tight.
