The service wasnt great, and the prices are as high as they always are...maybe higher? The problem is the quality of the food seems to be going down. The chicken noodle soup tasted like Independence tap water...what? How? Did you guys really add that much water? I thought it all was from a can or a package or something but starting to think you guys added water to that and the mac and cheese. With the prices they charge it feels vindictive honestly. At least the broccoli cheddar soup still had flavor...The bread servings have definitely been halved. At this point you might as well grab the soup from the store and stay home. Or get a sandwich from Jimmy Johns!

The assistant manager on 40 hwy and 291, Said, was awesome! My husband is going through chemo and it has torn his mouth up. Said was very patient and helpful trying to get him the right meal to accommodate him to be able to eat soft food. Really appreciate the hospitality he gave us.Thanks,JJ & Lindsey

Nice clean store. Food is always good. A bit understaffed early in the morning. We had to wait while a huge business order was put together by one person.

They will give you anything in the drive thru. Wrong sandwich completely! Panera Bread has really gone down hill. This is my last visit for sure. I'll go to bed hungry first. Not worth my money or time. File bankruptcy and just get it over with now save customers the trouble. I'm tired of bad service and lousy food. Thanks for the credit for wasting my time. So irritating.

I read someone online refer to Panera as "upgraded hospital food" and that's the most accurate description of Panera food that I've ever heard/read. It's not horrible, but it's definitely not something you seek out. It'll do in a pinch, especially if you like soup, but it's not a restaurant that you suggest when your SO asks what restaurant you want to eat at for lunch/dinner. It's a restaurant you eat at because you happen to be driving past it and you're hungry. I'm sure it's popular with people traveling.

The sandwichs do not taste the same. No more panini machine so they toast but toast so light you can hardly tell. No onion and very bland tasting frontega . It was my all time fav. Hubby ordered chipotle chicken avocado melt. No avocado at all. I called and asked if the menu changed and making different? I was told no. I was told they realize the prices have gone up, do I want to come back and they would make another. Im home now and its New Year's eve. No thanks. This has happened a lot and weve tried to overlook but we won't be going back to Panera. Higher prices and less food. You don't get what you order. So sorry as Panera use to be a wonderful place to eat. It's a shame!

The lettuce in my salad is not always fresh. I go through the drive through alot and when I get home, which is only 15 minutes, I open my salad and see that the lettuce is not fresh. It will have several black wilted pieces in it that I have to pick out.

Came 30 minutes before close and we were told they had no bread left to make a sandwich. How does a place with the name bread in it (Panera Bread) not have bread left?!?!?!

Ripoff and deceptive. Today, I ordered the greek power bowl only to get home and one of the listed ingredients was completely missing. You all advertise the bowl as having olives yet no olives were included in my bowl. Perhaps the store was out of the olives. If so, this should have been something disclosed before I paid for the order and got home to missing olives. The store has done this before with the fuji apple and chicken salad. I still don't understand how the store thinks it is okay to charge full price for a dish when some of the advertised ingredients are not included. Even if disclosed at the register, its at least deceptive and possibly a breach of contract.
