I love Papa John's pizza, but every time we order a delivery, there is alwayssomething missing. These are usually things I oay for, such as extra marinara dipping sauce, garlic knots, even pizzas. When i or my wife call to complain, they do not want to send out the missing items, they want to give us credit for the next order. That does not help us if a grand=kid does not have the item they are wanting. or anyone else's order either. Great pizza, meh service. I hope learns that his is not the way you keep customers.

Me and my gf ordered pizza from this location to be delivered to our address. We waited over an hour and a half just for the delivery guy to deliver to the WRONG address. We put in the correct address and had our porch light on (it was at night), to ensure our food was delivered to the correct address. As we waited, we soon discovered that the app notification marked the pizza as “Delivered”. However, when we walked out to our porch, we didn’t see a delivery driver pull up and knock on our door, nor our food anywhere in sight. We checked our entire front porch, but there was no food. Perplexed, we called the pizza shop. When someone answered the phone, we told them what was going on. Long sorry short, the delivery guy delivered to the wrong address. Even though he swore up and down that he delivered it to the correct address, we told them multiple times that we have no food and no food was delivered. Thank you Papa John’s for the terrible service. Now, someone else is eating our dinner free of charge. Although they are going to give us a refund, it still doesn’t make things right and the delivery guy can’t even do his job. We don’t select contact less delivery, so why wouldn’t they do their job and knock on the door to verify it’s the correct address?

Website was acting a little funny, but when we called the store the cashier was super helpful and friendly!! Prep and delivery was quick even though it was a holiday and the food was incredible! Great location my guy.

I can't say enough about the great staff at this place! I'm a Door Dash driver and pick up food from here a lot. The staff is always friendly and accomidating. Even when the place is getting jammed with a plethora of people! Kudos to all the employees here at Pappa John's! Keep up the excellent work!
