Can't speak on food taste but this location has horrible service skills, I went in here last week to pick up a couple doordash orders and when they asked who I was picking up I told them the names. They then started looking for the orders and never gave me an update on the status, this was the older man and happened with a young lady as well. They just didn't care that I was waiting. Finally I got help from a younger man who went above and beyond to find the orders. Oh to top it off the young lady said one of the orders was ready but never handed it to me she just left it on the shelf.

Pizza was great but I was charged the same price in tax as my total was. Something is wayyyyyy off about their tax, check your receipts!! Below is my order receipts and then the total of my same exact order (without my $4 papa dough off) to show what the tax shows on the app.

First of all I paid $62 for someone else's order and the only thing close to right was the cheese...Second of all it was the door dash driver that switched my order with the only other order he had in the car. He just said he didn't know what to do. I told him I would keep it for my hungry kids and call the manager. The manager was very accommodating by immediately asking me if I wanted a refund, and not bothering to ask if I still wanted my food, but bless his heart anyway because I was the 6th refund he had given tonight just because of dashers! Third, the pizza was dry and over baked, quite frankly, I rescued those other customers by accepting their subpar disappointment of a meal. A special mention is due for these garlic knots. The picture should speak for itself. Grateful for the refund but come on, pizza is not that hard!

On August 1, 2024 I ordered two NY style pizzas and cheesy breadsticks for delivery later in the day. One pizza was BBQ with grilled chicken and another was 1/2 Hawaiian and 1/2 pepperoni. I ordered the pizza before 1 p.m. for delivery at 5 p.m. Five o'clock came and went and no pizzas. I called, got a robo helper that said my pizzas should arrive within 5 min. I waited, no pizza. I called at about 5:35 and got a real person who told me that my pizzas had been delivered. I told her that they were not delivered to my home and that if they needed to be made again, I expected my order to be free. She told me they should be there in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes came and went. No pizzas.
I called again, nearly a full hour after the time the order was supposed to be delivered. Took two calls to get a real person who told me that the delivery driver had originally left with the wrong order but that he was on his way with the correct order. She told me that they could put a credit for a free pizza on my account. I repeated that I expected my order to be free. She didn't commit. Well, the delivery driver finally showed up 6:10 p.m. And guess what? He got a nice tip because I had paid the tip when I placed the order! Lesson learned there. I'll never again tip ahead on a food delivery. Also, the "grilled" chicken on the BBQ pizza was not grilled but diced and breaded chicken. I assume it was just cut-up boneless "wings" and was kinda nasty on a pizza. See the photo below of a couple of pieces we picked off the pizza. Grilled? A lie.
And guess what else? My credit card statement shows that I was charged the entire amount and there's no free pizza credit on my app. My next pizza order will not be placed with this business.
Postscript, about five days later, my next door neighbor was leaving her house at the same time I was. She asked me if I had ordered pizzas a few days earlier. It seems that her son had visited a couple days earlier and found pizzas left on the front porch of the VACANT and overgrown townhouse attached to her townhouse! He retrieved the food and threw it away so it didn't attract critters. Unbelievable!

I went in tonight to order pizza and the workers were great ! Specially one worker she has dark black hair about shoulder length . She was very helpful & super polite . I definitely recommend coming to this papa John’s to order pizza !
I got some piping hot tea ☕ I have worked for a couple different pizza places in the last ten years. I worked here for a very short time last year and as a customer I would NOT recommend ordering from this location if it's under the same management. Especially in the evenings with the older overweight woman with black hair and missing teeth. She purposely swaps pizzas so people will get the wrong orders and yells at the new hires for it, among numerous other things I witnessed and tried to let the GM know about but I was ignored so I left cuz I can't tolerate that. This woman literally waited until there were customers present to yell at me about something SHE TOLD ME TO DO. She really thought I wouldnt call her out in front of them. Like what kinda game you tryna play memaw? At one point she told on herself saying "I'm not trying to run you off or anything" If you're 50 and need job security that badly at a minimum wage job yikes ? And the GM told me beforehand that she was having a hard time getting people to stay cuz of her.
Toxic behavior aside it's sad that I had to leave, due to that immaturity. It's not me you're taking from but my kid. As a single mom it's not men I have to worry about it's crackheaded jealous old ladies ?

Another bad experience with this location. I ordered a pizza with a 'Leave at my Door, No Contact Delivery', as I'm working & don't need any distractions. My phone goes into 'Do Not Disturb' mode automatically after 10pm, but this rule is overridden due to the driver calling 4 times in a short period of time. I answered the phone asking why I was being called & they stated I requested a phone call delivery. I informed the driver I did not & actually requested for a no-contact delivery & to leave it on my porch. This is now the third time this has happened. No contact delivery means... no contact. Reviewing my security footage, I also found it extremely awkward seeing the delivery driver sitting in my driveway for over 10 minutes, even after the phone interaction, watching them scroll endlessly through their phone. You need to find better candidates for this position...
