Another bad experience with this location. I ordered a pizza with a 'Leave at my Door, No Contact Delivery', as I'm working & don't need any distractions. My phone goes into 'Do Not Disturb' mode automatically after 10pm, but this rule is overridden due to the driver calling 4 times in a short period of time. I answered the phone asking why I was being called & they stated I requested a phone call delivery. I informed the driver I did not & actually requested for a no-contact delivery & to leave it on my porch. This is now the third time this has happened. No contact delivery means... no contact. Reviewing my security footage, I also found it extremely awkward seeing the delivery driver sitting in my driveway for over 10 minutes, even after the phone interaction, watching them scroll endlessly through their phone. You need to find better candidates for this position...

We ordered pizza tonight. When I came and I brought it into the house it was the wrong order, it was not mine. Normally I wouldn’t make a fuss. Big deal at least we got food to eat. But I ordered a specific pizza for my daughter so I went ahead and called to tell them. The lady that answered my call was rude. Okay fine, probably a bad night, busy, cool. We all have them. They brought out our right order to us! Great! Very nice of them. It was even fresh and hot. Perfect! I go to get a piece for my daughter and there was hair all in the pizza! Baked into it. And not one small oops hair! SEVERAL hairs! It was disgusting! Needless to say I will never order or eat their pizza again! The pictures don’t even show the full amount of hair that was in the pizza!

I hit a snag with Pizza Hut and this branch of Papa John's saved my neck. Pizza was great, fast delivery, and help me out of the jam. I personally prefer Pizza Hut pizza, but these guys came through when it was needed so they are my go to from now on.

Horrible experience!!! I walked in and apparently the wind chimes weren't enough to notify the workers of my presence as they were sitting with the back door open standing there. I walked out to my car to grab my phone and back in and finally I guess they noticed. They went and got my pizza and I went to pay. I had brought 1 $50 which they refused because they "didn't have change" so your telling me you don't have a twenty in the whole store for change? So at the end of the day you got to keep your pizza, which was sitting with the lid half open anyways. And won yourself a 1 star. Congratulations on the awesome customer service!

Took over 1 and half hours since I've ordered and still haven't got my pizza. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone who actually wants to eat a pizza. Called the number and just got out on hold. No customer service to really speak of. Well never be ordering from them again.

Ordered an XL pizza, it looked tiny in the box. I measured it and it was just under 14 inches. They sent me a large pizza in an xl box. I am done with Papa John’s as this is not my first bad experience.

Ordered pizza at 11:30 with an estimated delivery time of 35 mins. I keep checking the app and they keep pushing out the delivery time. It's 2pm and still no pizza. I will never be ordering from this location again. Should of read the reviews prior to ordering from here.
It should be required that every employee wear gloves. I've seen employees touched their face, hair, pants and money then continued to prepare the pizza. This is unsanitary and should be unacceptable! I don't care how hot the oven is that supposedly kill germs. It only takes a second for someone to get food poisoned. Also, you can wash your hands multiple times and still have dirt and hairs under your fingernails that can go unnoticed. I pray you take this in consideration. Thank you

Ordered thru them and a doordash driver shows up with my order. I tipped thru them and asked the dasher if they received it and they did not. I find this to be Wrong in everyway. The tip I or anyone leaves is for the driver not the people at the store. I felt bad for the driver and I attempted to give them cash but they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't my fault it was the stores fault.I can't remember the name of the driver but thank you to them for being understanding and honest with me. I will be reporting this and hopefully those who read will not have to have this happen to them. This isn't the first time I've heard of this at places.I find this to be the reason why some poeple who use doordash grubhub etc have bad experiences with drivers and or drivers who don't care.

They accidentally made one of our pizzas wrong and they were super nice and apologized and made a new order and rushed it. The remake was awesome. They really do a great job

Preordered for a 6:30 delivery, and two hours later they said the pizza was on its way. An hour later it still hadn't arrived. Got my money back but obviously service was terrible.

I really wish I could put no stars however needless to say we ordered our pizza and it came under cooked, our 7yr old dived in before we actually tasted how doughy this mess was and all I have to say is y'all better pray he doesn't get sick due to the call that was made to plead for a new cooked pizza that was quickly and very rudely dismissed by an angry lady "STORE MANAGER" is who she stated she was (Heather I believe is her name) that stated "Food doesn't leave my store uncooked." Well ma'am it did and Papa John's will be in a very tedious legal suit if ANY of our family members become sick after eating this pizza and then being hung upon after calling to request to have this matter rectified. How do you as a "STORE MANAGER " hang up on a customer calling in with a request and was beyond courteous to you ma'am???.....I put up pics for y'all to see
