Worst Service Ever! After waiting nearly two hours I was finally told that they accidentally delivered my order to the wrong house/address. I decided to give them a second try, mainly because they are close to my house. This time I did an in store pick-up. It’s cold and snowing but I get there. When I ask for my order the manager tells me they accidentally gave my order to someone else! While standing there waiting on my order to be remade another customer comes in and half his order is missing. It needs new management badly! The general manager, Stephanie, was there and basically all she could say was, “It happens”.

My aunt works here her name is Jamie and she is really nice and takes really good care of me and atmosphere is very nice however it's hard for the employees to talk to the customers cuz they're always so darn busy. All the women there are very pretty very nice and very helpful they're always very kind and they will crack a joke here and there sometimes give you a hard time overall I really enjoy the environment and the atmosphere of this place I feel very safe here I feel very welcome and it has a warm smooth vibe to it.
Parking: There's also a drive-thru through to this place so you can place an order on the mobile app or call them in and drive through the drive-thru and they're always really quick with the drive-thru because the drive-thru has our priority and then next priority is their customers and then the last priority is DoorDash orders.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp so you'll be able to get them out in the ramp is pretty big. It's a big sidewalk with multiple connections to the other Taco Bell as well there's also a drive-thru at this place
Ordered pizza hut delivery, upon receiving we opened to find 3/4 of pasta gone, one pizza so smashed it looks like half of pizza, toppings on other 2 pizzas slid off to one side & none of the pizzas were even cut. Cmon pizza hut- if I pay 70$ for ur food I expect ALOT better than this nonsense ?- after reviewing camera, might be good idea to inform employees that pasta/ pizza are NOT books & cannot be carried vertically. Please include in ur training that pizza/ pasta must be carried & kept in a horizontal position

I asked for a combination when it came I had have mushrooms have Italian sausage it looks like someone had it upside down it wasn't right but it was good.
By far the worst pizza hut ever. Waited and waited for delivery. 30 minutes later cold finally delivered... Very disappointed. Should have went elsewhere. Wish I didn't waste $30 on one pizza that was the worst pizza of my life. Very sad Friday night.

This was the last try that I was going to give to Pizza Hut! Everytime I order from them it is always dry and hardly any toppings on it even though I pay extra for them. But this time I tried the location at Noland Road and was more than excited to see a beautifully made pizza just the way I ordered it. I called the store and the staff was kind enough to find out that it was Jessie that made the pizza! Thanks again as I will continue to order and enjoy pizza from this location!

I had difficulty redeeming my free pizza online but it finally went through. However, I tried to add cinnamon breadsticks & ended up ordering them when I picked up my pizza. I have tried to get my points on line for the additional purchase but unable to do so!
