Six years ago I gave them 5 stars, but my last two orders they have forgotten food, and last night's order no one at the store would even answer the phone(at 8:30pm), I called the main customer service line and they tried to call the store, but I ended up getting hung up on three times, took 35 minutes for them to tell me they don't know what to do, so they gave me $10 credit, which wasn't worth all that time. I am a single dad of four and you can imagine how disappointed one of the kids was they didn't get what they ordered but everyone else did. Won't order from here again.

I tried several times to pull up the menu and order online without using the app. I went into the store and shared my frustration. The lady at the register just told me to let her know when I was ready. I told her more than once that I needed a menu. She couldn't find one. In the ten minutes it took for her to take my order ( I gave up and just ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni), the staff used the F word five times in front of me. I asked how long for my order. I was told 10-15 minutes. At 14 minutes I sent my son in with the receipt. I was ready to explode due to the language. He told the cashier the order number. After 15 minutes waiting, he again approached the cashier who couldn't seem to find our order. We ended up with a lukewarm pizza that had a burnt crust. NASTY!

Horrendous customer service. I had placed an order, waited over an hour, gave them a call they said the order left the building.Over an hour passes, I call them back and was essentially hung up on. The employee stated that our order was running late and that they were having issues and then ended the call.I had called back immediately, they said that we would get part of our order for free. We were told that our order would be arriving in about 10/15mins, over 30 mins passes and I still have not received my order.I call to cancel the order and get a refund, and it turned into a game of transferring my call and being placed on hold. I had a hard time getting someone on the phone and having them stay on the phone long enough to go through the process of giving my name my phone number and all the essential information for them to properly cancel the order and give me my money back.The delivery driver still showed up, at this point 2 hours 45 mins after placing the order. I told the person we cancelled, the employee stated they never even told them that the order was cancelled.Great waste of everyone's time.

They are always friendly and fast.Parking: Even with the laundry mat next door there was plenty.
Ordered a tastemaster which includes 3 toppings. I put in the comment section which only allows you 28 characters to make it all Sausage/Pepperoni. They opend the box and I ask what was this. And told them about the comment section they replied didn't see it. Did'n't even offer to ask if I would like another or even my money back. 291 Hwy & 23rd St. Indep., Missouri.Employee's change every couple of weeks I have noticed the last 3 months going here.Parking: Next to a Laundry Mat and no place to park by door have to park out in lot. Trash all over the outside and seemed to bother nobody. Can't even empty the trash can outside or clean up.

Pizza's pizza, but I've always loved Pizza Hut more than other places just because I really love their pan pizza. My favorite is barbecue absolutely love that! I also love veggie lovers which is pretty strange. Not a lot of people like that stuff. They actually have sardines so anyone that likes fish there you go!! They used to sell tater tots when I work there a long time ago. Not sure if they still do

Well shift leader was not polite I was trying to have a conversation with him about I work for another pizza he said ok then I was going to order something decided not to because he was rude and walk away so I will not Come back this store sucks
