I picked up my pizza, chicken, and breadsticks... They were barely warm. They were not kept in the warmer I don't think. My pizza was not made pan pizza as I requested and I paid an extra dollar for that for some reason. If it was, it did not rise like the pan pizza is supposed to. I was shown the pizza but I was distracted and tired from the day, so I didn't notice until I got home.

The people at this carry out Pizza Hut are awesome! The service is great and they're always friendly and professional. This store always puts the customer first. That's hard to find anymore. The manager at this Pizza Hut is exceptional. They always get it right and no matter how tired they are from their very popular store, they always have a smile to welcome you. We have a very specific type of pizza we like and it's never right when we order it on the app. This store manager has worked with us consistently to make sure we have a great experience!

Hopefully I read their names correctly but shout out to Robert and Jeff for being very helpful, answering my questions and having a positive attitude while I was being very hesitant over the phone trying to place an order, they were both very kind, answered my questions and accommodating. Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a while. Decided to give it a try. It wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve ever had but it wasn’t the best either. There was a bogo deal on which was a substantially better offer than their competitors. I think they are trying to be like Little Ceasers. The pizzas reminded me of the $5 pick up pizzas I used to get from there.
