I've been coming here since 2021 and I've never had a bad experience! We recently discovered my daughter is lactose intolerant. This evening her cheeseless pizza was forgotten in our order of 4 pizzas. I called and everyone i spoke to was nothing but kind, they remade my pizza, and even let me know on pickup they cut it with a clean knife for her. Little things like that are what make true customer service. We're all humans and make mistakes, but they way the employees treat their customers is a true value to me.

Would give less stars if I could. There have been several times I have come into this store and an older gentleman is ALWAYS yelling and slamming dishes at what seem to be the youngest women in the store. I understand everyone has bad days but that seems to be a regular thing when I come pick up. I will not be purchasing from this location anymore if I can help it. That environment is not something I endorse or support. Managers, please do better by your workers and customers.

Tonight I bought the worst pizza ever. I went there to order in person and to get the pizza hot and surprise the kids and not to risk it with a delivery. Well the girl that took the order said it would take 17 min and in less than 5 min they had it ready, of course that was already made that's why it tasted so bad. Won't order from this place again.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Dominoes is the greatest of all time for great pizza and Customer Service. My encounter with 17517 E HWY 24 Pizza Hut was the worst and is the worst for customers service. Instead of the team member being professional about the situation she hung up the phone not caring or could careless that I had spent my money with this establishment and have supported the “hut” establishment in the past. But after this experience and countless other times I have experienced bad food and Customers Service. “hut” you can thank your team member for the lose of this customer.
