Went here last night for dinner and believe I got food poisoning from here

Hello, I’m visiting from out of town, decided to go to this location close to we’re I’m staying. I asked for fresh biscuits (for me means hot biscuits. I checked before I left driving through biscuits weren’t even warm. Tried to ask if they could redo, manager didn’t give a chance he asked for my card to give me a refund I didn’t ask for a refund just wanted Hot biscuits. I called back the next day to explain Manger got on phone and started immediately being defensive he said I knew it was going to be a problem when I asked for fresh biscuits, the manager stated. I said how was it going to be a problem because I asked for fresh biscuits. He proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to hold up his drive through to make more biscuits he already had 3 trays ready. I wasn’t speaking to him loudly or rude. He also told me that he had been there for 25 years. He I want to come inside and watch them prepare the food I could be very sarcastic Bottom line, for a manger to behave this way unacceptable More training needs to take place for everyone. This is the best Popeyes around! Everytime for me food has been fresh, hot and order is correct. Staff usually very friendly. Young lady at drive thru tonight, very nice! Order on the app, its the way to go, always special deals! Thanks!

In short, the staff and manager gave us stellar customer service, answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of. My partner and I haven’t eaten here in a long time but we will come back more often after today.

Stopped and ordered red beans and rice. Service in the drive through was fast and the cashier was nice. Got the beans home only to find it was spoiled. Smell was sour and the first bite tasted off. I did not eat any of it after the first bite, had to trash it.

There was a disgusting fly in my sweet tea the staff was very rude and not very helpful one had greasy hair no met the other picking his nose this was horrible

The best Popeyes in Independence they have the best bone and wings of all places and there are always fresh at those Popeyes in the service is great everybody's friendly
