I door dash and I never have left a review on a restaurant. No stars is possible. Slow and rude.other dashers were there as well. Some said they were calling Corp. ppl were waiting an hour for food. And the workers yelling in Spanish. Well some of us whites know Spanish. Talking bad about us. Really an awful place. I’ll turn down any dash there again. Really vile.

This Popeye's is where it's at. The staff here is always pleasant and they are generous with their servings. Prices everywhere have gone up and up and sometimes you feel like you just need to get out and eat but after paying for your family to have a meal at a fast food place you have regrets cause the bill cost as much as multiple hours of your labor. You don't have that regret here though because even though the prices have risen like everywhere else the employees give you a substantial portion giving you the most bang for your buck ?

I hate doing this I really hate complaining or leaving bad reviews but for the last 3yrs my service here has been terrible. The employees are all over the place lots of talking instead of working you wait forever on your food even with no cars in front of you. The food is always cold dry or burnt or completely wrong and recently garlic parmesan wings have been ghost pepper wings dipped in garlic parmesan and honey bbq wings have been ghost pepper dipped in honey bbq if I was older had an ulcer or anything I could of died eating this I did not request hot wings!!! Seriously just lazy no worth ethic no pride in food or customer service just throw this whole place in the trasssssh!!!

For the cost of food, the chicken strips were more like small cut up pieces. We ordered regular to feed the grand daughters and got several spicy pieces mixed in.

pulled up to drive thru, waited 13 mins for the 2 cars ahead of me to simply order. get to the order screen, the lady says "can you hold on for a minute?" then proceeds to talk to someone in the background. then she goes quiet. she then says "you ready!?" unsure if that was meant for me i ask "are you talking to me?" she says "yeah what do you want!?" in a nasty tone.the wait is one thing, your employees typically have nasty attitudes when serving customers. me nor my employees or other colleagues will be back. or anyone in our building for that matter.

Just awful service. 20 minutes in the drive thru, 3 different employees come to confirm my order that I placed on the app, a 4th one comes to tell me they’re out of what I ordered but can replace it. I say fine, another person comes and asks if they can replace it, and I say fine again. Then another 10 minutes of waiting at the pull around. This is the worst it’s been, but this location rarely has it together and frequently takes in excess of 10 minutes, even with no line and even after all that time they rarely get the order right. If you’re really craving Popeyes you can probably order at a different location and drive there and back before this location would have it ready anyhow.
