Update: Red Lobster improved since my first bad experience. Biscuits eclipsed everything else, they were great. Rest of the food was okay, meh, just middle of the road. Probably wouldn't return unless I was a massive fan of seafood.

I haven't been here in a long time and was very disappointed to find they no longer serve swordfish. It was one of the only things on the menu I ever ate. I settled for fish and chips this time, but couldn't eat it all due to the overcooked dry fish and the gross, crunchy fries. My family was hard-pressed to get to go here before; now I will only come if I have to for special occasions. The food is just "eh" and the place is just run-down. It's NOT dirty, but it FEELS dingy inside. The staff is ok, our waiter was nice enough, but it is way too expensive for the quality of the food. They are famous for their biscuits, but honestly I can't stand them. They always have a gross grainy texture and a weird aftertaste. I understand why they stopped serving swordfish (impact on other marine life), but there really is nothing else there I want to eat.

I'm a frequent diner at Red Lobster and the service, food, friendliness of the staff is top notch. My go to servers are Jolee and Leanna who are the very best. If I could give the service and food 10 stars I would.

Came in on a busy Sunday. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. We got the Admiral Feast and of course yummy cheddar bays yummy
My wife and I had 7:15pm reservations on Valentines Day. We were there 15 minutes early and was told that we would have to wait till 7:45. Ruin the evenings plans. Ended up missing our movie and having a terrible dinner.
What is the point of making a reservation? We get here on time and are still waiting…going on 45 mins. after our reservation time. Hostess yesterday sounded miserable/irritated over phone, today had an attitude. Drink at bar was extremely weak but bartender had a personality so that was a plus. The only plus. Update: waited past an hour. Asked the hostess where we were on the list she laughed (girl…read the room) and told me we hadn’t moved since I last checked. Boyfriend got fed up and we left. I ended up coming home and eating a boiled egg and bagged salad. Thanks Red Lobster for ruining our night.
