Jacob provided great service, definitely will request him on our next visit! The only negative is that my wife's and myself had lobster tails with our ultimate feast and they weren't cooked completely meaning the top was done but the bottom resting on the shell was slimy.

Came in this evening with a party of 8 we had the best servers Marcus and Wally took great care of us the lobster ,shrimp,salmon was amazing . The Mariners with the new signature butter was so flavorful and delicious . The manager Stephanie came to thank us for dining in this evening great customer service all around !! Will definetly be returning

Asked the server for malt vinegar and was told we would be stinking up the place. Then we asked the server where our coleslaw was that we ordered with our meal. He came back with 2 salads and ranch dressing and said we're out of coleslaw. Here's your salad when we said. Do you have any other dressing? He didn't even ask if we wanted to substitute salad. He said, well, I guess I could go get some vinaigrette. You're making me do a lot of work today. This was my husbands birthday lunch and it was supposed to be special.

I’m at red lobster on 40 highway, I just ordered the ultimate feast and everything was cold, i waited almost an hour for my food and it was damn near frozen. Red lobster is not like it used to be to be at all. Horrible experience

Just want to shout out the sweet server who was there by herself most of the late afternoon/evening Saturday. She was an absolute rockstar! Taking care of the majority of the dining room by herself and she was on top of it.
