Told it would be a 5 minute wait for a booth instead of a table. That was fine with us. Ended up being 15 just to be taken to a two person table when there was 3 of us. Asked if we could have a bigger booth and was told the other sections were closed… at 7pm. Avoid if you value intelligent staff. We

Great experience today with our server Mandy. Friendly space, loved our twirly cheese sticks. Will be back! Clean bathrooms are huge for us also and I was not let down.

Whenever I go there on my own, with no other company, I always sit at the bar. I always get prompt service for food and drinks and the barmaid is always friendly.

Take the bottomless fries off the menu if you're going to have the waitress disappear.

Food was above average but nothing to write home about. Signature steak fries were barely warm. Rings were toooo much crispy batter and bland. Sauces were ok. Service was decent, server was friendly but had big groups. Went for a Veteran's Day freebie - THANK YOU but will not return anytime soon. Still nice to look at and pleasant to eyes.

I had a southwest chicken salad, no dressing, my wife had ribs that were cold, and the fries had to be two days old. Not a good night for Red Robin.

Great burgers and sides at good prices.

Even though service wasn't great, my biggest complaint is that the neither the chili cheese fries nor the cheese sticks were fresh or hot. I started eating them them as soon as I got to the car. I had no time to go back in, as I was on my way to a meeting.

The bartender did not provide great service, but it wasn't horrific either. She was much more interested in visiting with other team members.

So frustrating. How is a kitchen allowed to send out this kind of food?

We stopped by Red Robin to place a to-go order, and Hannah made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She was super helpful, friendly, and patient while my partner and I asked tons of questions and changed our order a few times. She never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Great customer service like that really stands out — thank you, Hannah!
